We loved everything about the apartment. So much so we have booked to stay again next year. It was spacious and comfortable and perfect for self-catering for lunch and our evening meal. We loved the private balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection at the adjoining hotel was good. We would go down in the lift to the car park, walk past a few cars and then up another lift which brings you out in the Best Western foyer. (Or you could exit by a side entrance down a few stairs and out onto the street). After registration you drive down the rear of the building. The parking is shared with the hotel and private residents and has allocated slots. There is a free-standing intercom press and after giving your surname and apartment number to reception they will automatically open the electric door. That is only needed for entry. To exit the car park there is a 4 digit code to punch in. There is different code given at registration to enter the apartments from the pedestrian doorway in the street. Very straightforward once we understood the system! The apartment is perfectly placed being only a few minutes from both the medieval old town, which is beautiful and the harbour. We were also able to comfortably drive to the coast. Highly recommended.

It was perfect except for one niggle. The bedroom had no usable surfaces, except for small circular bedside tables, each holding a large and bulky lamp. There was no shelf underneath so the usual bits and pieces like spectacles, book/kindle, glass of water, mobile phone etc were precariously balanced or left on the floor. Irritating but it’s still a great apartment!

Large enough for 6 (the sofa bed is very large) good terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (even with 2 coffee machines). Bed linens are very comfy. Very good location, next to the city centre. Easy to park. Hotel carpark is not free but you can park for free on the street and if there is no space, there is a public free carpark 2 mns walking.

Not enough pressure in the shower.

Breakfast good choice and plenty variety on offer.

Disappointed at minimal offer of free toiletries as advertised only shower jel And cotton face wipes! Expected more. No hand towels only bath towels. Had broken bedside light reported on arrival not repaired during stay! Hotel situated further from town Centre than anticipated.

A very clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet part of town. The secure underground car park was great especially in the hot weather. 8 minute walk into the old town. The breakfast served at the hotel next door was excellent. Staff in the hotel were very helpful.

A few more cooking utensils would have been good but we managed ok with what was provided.

The loaction is very good to visit Vannes, just 5 minutes by walk to the Hotel de Ville and 10 minutes to the heart of the city. The apartment had one bedroom, one large sitting room, and a good bathroom. There were kitchen appliances and tools but we dind't use them. There was a large free public parking not far from the apartment.

Actually we didn't meet the host, the receptionist service and the breakast were at the Best Western hotel near the apartment. The sofa bed wasn't prepared for the night, so we did it.

Staff couldn't do enough

A refundable deposit was needed at the start of stay which has been refunded but the hotel has since taken another 20 euros from my card with no explanation. Have sent them an email but no reply

Well located, easy to find , clean and comfortable.

We did not expect to have to empty the trash, retrieve the bedsheets and do the dishes before leaving in the morning. We had to leave at 6:30 am so it was an unexpected stress in the morning, but we managed.

Apartment spacious enough for couple, kitchen small but sufficient. Breakfast was great. staff very helpful and friendly.

Booking.com sail parking - but had to pay extra for space per day

It was good accommodation in a location that was close to the town

We had to wait for the accommodation to be ready, even though we arrived at the correct time. The signage for the parking needs to be clearer.
