The Staff, comfort, breakfast and cleanliness was excellent. The location is very good, but could be difficult to walk into the City if you have mobility issues as it's quite steep in places. We had a lovely stay.

No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in our adult son's room (no. 33). The signage for the hotel needs to be looked at, you must look for Hotel de France as the priority, not Urban Styles. We had difficulty because we were looking for Urban Styles, and it didn't help that our Sat nav wasn't working properly! We eventually found it though!!

I was looking for “Urban Style Hotel” but that was a door next to Hotel De France. For a while I thought they were two different establishments, and I thought ‘Urban Style” was one of those unstaffed hotels, and so I spent 30 mins trying to find details to get in. Both ‘establishments looked closed. After 8 hours on the train it was confusing. Once I realised they were the same place and went in my stay was exceptional.

The hotel was clean and very welcoming, lots of space in the reception area to sit around and a bar. Private parking if booked in advance. Large double bed and a bonus there was a kettle in the room.

The armchair was far too big for the space beside the bed. Shower facilities not in a separate room but open on the side of the bedroom.

Solid breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Clean room. The entire place has a clean and pleasant smell. The deco is of a taste but crisp, clean, and well done. Comfortable beds of a generous size. Extremely accessible to the city centre without the issues of crowds or noise.

Convenient location - only 5 minutes max from train station and the same from historic town centre. Lovely modern decor and facilities. English speaking staff. Lift for upstairs rooms.

Bathroom was quite samll - almost hitting knees on door if on toilet. But aat keast there was a private bathroom,toilet in our room.

The room was clean and well maintained. Parking was available at the hotel for us. 10 minute walk into the historic city center. Good value for the price paid.

The walls were a bit thin. We could easily hear other guests. There is really no reception and be aware that the property closes by 10 PM so don't arrive late.

Great location. Staff brilliant, helpful and very good English. Nice room, comfy bed, very quiet. Private parking.

Lack of storage, only one drawer and 4 coat hangers. Nowhere to put bags, shoes etc. Design is a bit style over substance. Brilliant shower cubicle but doesn't drain properly so overflows.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Very stylish. Location is perfect: quiet but close to the station and the center as well

Check-in receptionist could be more friendly. He seemed rude and I felt not welcomed. But the other two his colleagues were very nice so it helped to improve the situation

The breakfast was perfect. Rooms were small but clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was quite cold. There was no heating on and temperatures were quite cool while I was there.

Very clean, friendly hotel. Room was on the roadside, but very little traffic noise. Good location for walking into town centre.

Seems to be a problem with all hotels, but the internal plumbing was very noisy, and sleep disturbed when people having showers after midnight, and from 4am in the morning.
