The reception was welcoming, the room was clean and spacious. Generous parking. Lovely breakfast. As easy walk into town.

We booked a room with a bath, but got one with a shower - it was more like a wet room. In spite of average water pressure, the whole room got very wet. We only stayed one night, and didn't notice the bathroom issue till the evening of our stay. So we didn't ask to change. The curtains did not keep out the streetlights.

The room, car parking etc was great, once we had found the entrance. Actually the street name confused us. however the breakfast was expensive. We have stayed in the other Best Western in Vannes and the ambience was acceptable for the price of the breakfast.

This was a very well run Best Western with all facilities excellent and we enjoyed a very good evening dinner. The Patio room was a good choice especially when travelling with a dog. Breakfast also good. A special mention for the staff who were all very friendly efficient and smiled a lot which makes a difference.

Nothing quite honestly a very good hotel.

Most likely the best Best Western I have been to worldwide. Exceed expectations. Location excellent. Not even a leisurely 5-10 minute walk to the old town and port. Reception was friendly and helpful. Reserved parking spacious. There is public parking just opposite the hotel. Room was of a decent size. The bed was extremely comfortable. Liked the small balcony with table and chair. Bathroom well designed and equipped. Cleaning lady very friendly and helpful. Didn’t try the restaurant but looked good. Nice outdoor patio area for drinks. Supposedly has a sauna and fitness area. Per-friendly. Would recommend.

We had two rooms which were a very good size, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable! We loved the stairs dividing the two rooms. The breakfast was amazing! We loved the freshly squeezed orange juicer. The staff were super helpful. It was a great hotel which thoroughly recommend

Like there to be a fridge but small gripe I think the price was expensive but it does reflect Aug.

Had a great few days here to explore Vannes. Nice and central, less then 10 mins to the old town.. The hotel was clean, modern and the breakfast / room service food was really good! The staff were all friendly and helpful when we needed them and also very quick to post our ipad that we left in the room, great communication for that. 5 stars!

At least one comfortable chair would have been Welcome Also a more easier access of towels drying face where to put towel . Needed to step out of shower to reach for towel would have been good to have a couple of easy access hooks or bars for towels in Bathrooo

A reasonably comfortable room, very clean, comfy bed - this hotel is a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights - ten minute walk into the old town - breakfast quite good, underground secure parking

The toilet was spotlessly clean but the plumbing must need looking at as there was a somewhat nasty smell in the loo ! We tried getting rid of it by spraying Dettol antiseptic spray, but lost the battle !

Great location. Easy walk to old town. Onsite parking was great. The room was spacious and quite well appointed. I was surprised there was no fridge.

Worst wifi in 6 weeks of travel. Hotel staff were disinterested when I asked for help. I could walk faster than it would download. I could not open basic applications e.g. weather

The structure is very clean, the room was spacious and cozy and we had a good stay! I can totally recommend it.

All good! The only detail: The structure in its name that it is in the “city center”, but you need to walk around 15 minutes to get to the center were the restaurants, bars, cafés are. Nothing too bad though, I would go there again and would recommend it.
