Our stay was beyond perfect. It felt like an oasis. My family felt at home while staying there with the hospitality that Fabienne provided, the cozy room, and the beautiful views of the mountains around. We felt truly on vacation/holiday! The breakfast Fabienne made us each day was delicious and her recommendations of places to go were great! Truly wish we could’ve stayed longer and hope to one day return to the little town of Vence. We loved it and will remember it forever! Thank you Fabienne for being such a welcoming host to us.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and can only recommend staying here!! The host, Fabienne is very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The views from the whole property & room are breathtaking. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The location is great if you want to stay a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Yet it’s convenient enough to get anywhere. Restaurants in Vence or La Gaude are a less than 10 minute drive.

Nothing we disliked! The only minor thing/ improvement would be that the towels had a bit of a musty/ mildew smell. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Vence works well as a base to explore the French Riviera. 'Au Pied des Baous' is the ideal place to stay. Quiet location, wonderfully comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and very helpful owners. :) We stayed three nights at the start of a six week road trip. Towards the end of our holiday faced with a week of bad weather we changed our plans and drove back to the Cote d'Azur, the sunshine and three extra nights at 'Au Pied des Baous' .:)

The view from the room was breath taking, the room was awesome, clean, spacious with all commodities and good quality fournitures. Breakfast was varied, consistent and delicious. The view from the swiming pool was magnificent. the staff were super kind and helpful with many advices on practicalities while visiting Vence. The best accomodation I have booked so far for holiday, we will never forget the amazing time we had there, thanks a lot!

What a great place to stay! Hidden in the mountains in a great location close to Saint Paul de Vence, the property was fantastic, the staff/owners incredibly welcoming and friendly and the views are spectacular! The pool was wonderful, parking onsite a huge bonus, the room was very large for a riviera property and the bed was very comfortable. I stay in many hotels on the rivera for work on an ongoing basis, and I will absolutely be staying here again many times in the future!

Many thanks for the wonderful hospitality by Fabienne and Sasha - we really loved the place. Had an absolutely great time and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts (even our special vegan requests were considered). Would love to come back any time.

Lovely spacious room with great views. Fabienne was a wonderful host and we loved spending time with the family and other guests. The terrace - where very nice breakfasts were served - is a great social space. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day of sightseeing. The property is very well located and there is lots to do in the area.

Au Pied Des Baous is so wonderful! It is conveniently located near historical hot spots, downtown Vence, museums, and more! You can visit Grasse, Gourdon, and Cannes in just one day. We loved that we could always come back to such a peaceful place. Breakfast was delightful! Fabienne prepared her very own marmalade and breads. She also provided a basket of local pastries and prepared fruit every morning. The room and property were clean and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We would highly recommend Fabienne and Sacha’s hospitality.

Everything was perfect!

First off all we love Fabienne ❤ the hoset her partner sacah and sander the dog . Our stay at the place was one off the best places that we have stays during our vections the hoset give us the best and kind services that is possible we really recommend to all that want a wonderful vection to be at this place and hoset.
