Great location and view from the balcony, and the terrace were we had a good breakfast. Nice pool, and a relaxed atmosphere. And just a short walk to the old city of Vence. At the evening one can enjoy a drink at the terrace. Very convenient that the hotel has free car parking.

No air condition in the room, and very seldom anyone in the reception. We were informed that the reception would be closed when we arrived at night and that we would receive an e-mail the day before arrival with the code for the entrance door to the hotel. We didn't receive the code and tried by mail, and by phone several times to reach the hotel to get the code. Finally just before entering our flight we managed to get in touch with the hotel and receive the code.

Hotel is located in a beautiful place and with the style of classic French Riviera. You can truly understand Matisse and Chagall through atmosphere of this cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and housewarming. You feel like you are in a villa of your close friend because of the great service. It is a wonderful place which located in 8-minute walk from the historical centre of Vence where you find numerous different restaurants and cafes. The view is stunning. We enjoyed evening on the terrace from which you see Nice from the top of the mountain. It was my big mistake not to order breakfast.

I loved the hotel Miramar. I loved its refreshing, rarely-encountered-now simplicity, the yellow walls and terracotta-coloured simple furniture, and I still remember the "Ah!" when I walked through the door and saw the view, which is even more beautiful from the terrace. It was a lovely room to stay in. The hotel offers a lavish, varied buffet breakfast for 14 euro, very good value. The Miramar is for people who can appreciate this combination of basic comfort and cleanliness with simplicity.

The hotel is in a great location with an absolutely stunning view! The pool area and patio are great and the pool area was never full of people. It's easy to walk into the centre of the town from the hotel. There is also parking provided. There is no AC in the rooms though a fan was provided when we asked. The room was small but cosy and clean. The mirror in the bathroom has great lighting for putting on makeup. The pool bar also makes a great mojito!

The breakfast was 14 euros and really limited for that cost. We knew it would be a cold breakfast but even so there were very few options. They don't provide any towels for the pool area which would have been a great thing to have. There is only one place in the room to plug in your phone etc. You can't plug them in next to your bed.

Very nice little hotel overlooking the mountains and the hills. We loved the pool, the beautiful garden, the huge terrace and bar area which also had an excellent view. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. It is very close to the centre of the village. They provide a nice breakfast, offering pastries, jams, cold cuts, cheese and of course breakfast drinks.

We stayed in separate house next to the pool where unfortunately the wifi connection didn'n work.

It has the most amazing terrace with a stunning view over the mountains. It is also a good location for Vence town and for St Paul de Vence. We visited 9 years ago and are glad we came back again, breakfast on a sunny day with that view is lovely.

There wasn't a kettle in the room, and it was quite small, but tiny quibbles really.

The place is gorgeous and it's easy to check in and to check out. The pool is nice and also is the bar. The room was clean and the view was incredible. People were very friendly too. Would definitely come back (:

The room had just one fan, so it was a bit uncomfortable because of the summer weather.

Wonderful view from the terrace and pool. Only 10 mins flat walk to Vence from a quiet area. It is next to the football pitches so some kids noise on Saturday afternoon but nothing to worry about. Breakfast was excellent and the newish owners are doing it up, so not everything is super modern yet, but that's part of the charm. Wifi was good too!

We picked the Miramar for the view and location close to town and were pleased with both. We asked for a room with panoramic view and I was able to paint watercolors from the window as well as a whole morning on the patio. The room was comfortable. The pool a relief on a hot day. Breakfast was plentiful. The free parking helped a lot. It was easy to walk to the Matisse chapel. And easy to get to the airport. With windows open it was cool enough for sleeping, although next time I would ask for a fan.

everything pleased me : a bit of renovation here and there wouldn’t go amiss, but that was part of its charm too ? Stylish and comfortable, would be even better with Spring and Summer sunshine, the facilities are well equipped for that in the same pleasant old world style .
