This small hotel is in a sleepy village far from the freeway or "route nationale". Very quiet nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We came with our bicycles and loved roaming around leisurely, as the area is only slightly hilly, has a great barge canal to pedal along for miles, and many small villages along the way. The breakfast is a bit messy, and dinner on the premises was not good at all, but we understand staff is lacking currently and I am very sure they did nto have a chef on the premises. But the cafe joining the breakast room is a fun place to hang out. Parking easy. The city of Langres 12 kms away is a marvel to visit for history lovers.

The breakfast process is lacking in cleanliness (but the croissants were very good). Dining at the hotel is convenient but the food offered was not good. A simple jambon-beurre sandwich dinner would have made us happier than what we were served from the "local" menu. I encourage the owner to consider that option, since I plan to return to that hotel for my next France stay in the region.

After a long drive from Italy, we were really pleased to find this down-to-earth stopover enjoyed by locals and providing an excellent evening meal of traditional French cuisine and a good breakfast the following morning. A quiet village with easy access to the autoroute heading back to the tunnel.

The accommodation was very clean, the beds wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was more than sufficient and very tasty. There was enough of everything to eat. The hosts were very friendly,helpful and accommodating when it came to handing over the keys as we arrived late.

I like the location and quietness of the hotel, and easy parking. I like the fact that it has a cafe attached to the hotel, and that is can function as a restaurant.

The food served at the cafe/restaurant was subpar. Didn't feel cooked on the premises with fresh ingredients- it felt microwaved straight from an industrial caterer's stock.

Excellent hotel for short stays underway to South of France. Nice, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast . They serve a tasty diner with a wide variety of choice at affordable prices.

Met our expectations so no comment.

Convenient stopover for the night, in this little village, on our road trip. Onsite restaurant, with fine menu choices and good food and service. Aswell as a restaurant, it also appears to be the locals' bar, which makes it more appealing. Breakfast is buffet style, with your regular crusty french bread and croissants. Really nice pillows!

Small room, lack of sockets - only one, plus the TV socket. Although the room was clean it needs a deep clean (really stained toilet and big build up of limescale throughout the bathroom)

limited breakfast but enough for a normal person, opened 0700. wonderful croissant and fresh baguette, ham, egg, cheese, juice and coffe and cereals with youhurt and fruit. the dinner was very good in the evening

the little village was absolutely deserted and no other shops or restaurants than this hotel. but for us just needing a little food, hot shower and up in the saddle earle next morning was perfect.

Good position in small village by lake. Good walks with dog nearby. Great dinner in busy restaurant filled with locals on a Saturday night.

Clean room, enough space. Friendly staff. We stayed one night in the hotel on our way back from Spain to The Netherlands. Very well located, pretty close to the highway.
