Great location on the edge of the town, right next to a free car park (we could have chosen a space adjacent to the hotel itself) and easy walk to the cathedral, fortifications and range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Good room with comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best we've had included in the room price. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Despite its very basic look from the outside, the hotel was clean and good value.

Can't actually think of anything - although we did have to wait a while to check-in as only one member of staff available (we probably could have used the remote check-in facility which enables after hours check-in).

Greatly exceeded my expectations. No Frills, but a quiet location, very comfortable bed. and a good bathroom. That's all I wanted and definitely got it. We had a handicapped room which is a little larger than a standard room and, again, the facilities exceeded expectations. The whole place was spotlessly clean. A bonus is the excellent buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. The choice wasn't vast but more than sufficient, and the scrambled eggs were the best I can remember having in a hotel. There's a huge free car park next door and the hotel is just at the entrance to the old part of the town.

The only thing that could have been better was to have some water in the room...or to have water in the vending machine downstairs. That's the only improvement.

The hotel was convenient for travelers wanting a stopover while heading from France to the Netherlands. There's a large parking lot in front of the hotel, Check-in was easy after arriving around 20:00 (self-check-in after 21:00), there's a Carrefour Express (open until 21:00) and restaurants within walking distance, clean room, and good breakfast (hot and cold offerings) staring at 6:30. Overall, very pleased with the hotel.

Very clean and basic as expected for ibis. Staffs were kind and very friendly. Big free parking and charging stations in front. The vending machine is reasonably priced but don’t take the milk from there !

The Aircondition is basically only for heating. They said 19c but only hot air comes out from the ventilator. For us it was fine but in summer it must be very warm I assume !

Fantastic location closed to the delightful city centre. Easy to get to from the motorway. Underground parking (for a small fee). Comfortable room. Availability of microwave in lobby. Relatively small hotel.

Being woken up at 1am by the fire alarm as a result of a client trying to smoke in a bedroom - not the hotel's fault. It would have been very useful to have a kettle / teamaking facilities in the room.

Ibis budget always delivers! For a great price we stayed a night, having safe storage for our bicycles at the end of our Eurovelo 19 experience. The room is cozy, well air-conditioned, clean and designed for ultimate functionality. Really, this hotel is like a blueprint for all other hotels on how to do things right.

Breakfast is expensive for what is offered. I can recommend eating at a local boulangerie instead.

That it was located in the walled town which meant you could leave your car in the hotel parking spaces and go off it had disabled parking spaces outside the door and the accessible room really was fully accessible to me.

That the room was so cold. I asked for help to turn it up and someone came in. They said it was ok and there was nothing wrong with it. So I sat in my winter coat in the middle of June until I went to bed.

Great location and parking outside. Room was clean, bed really comfortable, staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Perfect for us as we were looking for a one night stay on our way back to London from the Alps but would happily have stayed for more nights. Really good value for money.

There isn't anything we didn't like. We had a really good stay. Would stay again if passing this way. Would recommend to any other travellers.

I visit regular Ibis hotels but this is a new and very modern of style for both rooms, check-in and breakfast area. It is a hotel for a stay of a couple of days to visit the region. Many restaurants in the nearby We arrived quite late (10:00 PM) but with the self service desk was in-check piece of cake. We will come definitely back. O yes, ... plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.
