The facility was clean, quite and breakfast was included (it’s in a restaurant on a ground floor, it’s modest but good quality with local products). The staff is really nice. Really good location, good parking too.

There was a kettle, coffee machine and coffee, but no tea bags, which was a bit disappointing, so maybe he property can make sure there is more variety of things in the room. The water took ages to get warm and it was a bit chilly. Also, similarly to some other people, the staff wasn’t onsite, which was a bit confusing and we thought it was closed and we need to find a different accommodation. We didn’t get a nessage but a call a bit earlier but couldn’t anwser at the moment. I had to call back to find out the code to the door and details about the stay. The staff was nice and overall I would recommend the place, but this caused a bit of a confusion, so maybe there could be an automatic message that everyone will get with info if there is no staff onsite.

Perfect place to stop midway between Calais and the Alps. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, our room was spotlessly clean and the dinner and breakfast very good

The only problem we had was the comfort of the bed and pillows. Would have preferred extra pillows and the bed was too soft. We kept rolling into each bed other. Great if you’re young not so great if you’re almost 70!

Nice room, excellent dinner and breakfast, friendly staff

Although I sent arrival time after 4 p.m. on Monday, I was not made aware that it was a bank closure day, so no one was present for check in. An emergency number was posted on the entry door to call for assistance. My Verizon cell phone plan would have cost me $10 to make a call, so I walked about a mile roundtrip to a Burger King restaurant to find someone to call the number for me. Another client said that he had requested a dinner reservation that night, and also did not know that there would not be any staff present. Not able to fully open/close one of the room windows.

When choosing a property, we look for a clean, comfortable room, with bath or shower, parking, wi-fi and, if not in a city centre, a restaurant. This over-delivered on all fronts. The reception was very friendly and helpful, we had a choice of rooms, we parked outside the entrance (because we arrived early), the shower room was newly and well fitted - a shower with a non-slip base, so I was not afraid of falling, hairdryer, lighted mirror, toiletries, etc. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant and breakfast was good. The wi-fi worked perfectly. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Because we are getting on in years, we would have appreciated a lift, as the stairs were a bit of a struggle, particularly with luggage. we were there on a very hot night, so air conditioning would have been welcome, but the powerful fan in our room helped a lot.

Rooms comfortable, Friendly Staff. Great as a halfway stop between Euro tunnel and Annecy.

Breakfast bland, could do with being sexed up a bit.

Looked like recently renovated and everything was fresh and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful - including Olly the labrador 🐶 . Our room was a good size with a large en-suite. The restaurant was nicely decorated with exposed brick, actually looked like a high end eatery. Food was ok. I wouldn’t recommend it for the food but it was enjoyable as part of the overall experience. Breakfast was std continental. If you want tea at breakfast ask for English breakfast tea. I didn’t and got green tea

I liked absolutely everything! I liked the way we were greeted, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location of the hotel, private parking.

Excellent location for travel between north and south of France. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly proprietor and excellent food.
