We loved our 3-night stay at this hotel. Our room was a suite with separate living room with nicely equipped kitchenette, and a bedroom. A separate toilet too. The balcony is large with a table & 4 chairs plus 2 loungers. Beautiful views. The pool is large and gorgeous with lots of loungers. The beach is small and has sharp coral bits so aqua shoes are needed. The large restaurant area has a good reputation with live evening entertainment, but we were disappointed with our hamburger lunch (dry & tasteless) so we didn’t eat there again. All meals are charged to guests, even breakfast. The hotel does not have rooms on stilts which was fine for us. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It is a little far from restaurants so a car is needed. We hired a car and it was perfect to get all over the island for meals, swimming and touring. We didn’t understand why we were asked not to take the hotel swim towels to the island’s beaches. Most travelers come from very far away and would not be inclined to pack beach towels.

The property feels very clean, our room was spacious and well designed and very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool with a partial view of the bay. Everything was modern, simple and functional. The AC worked very well. The lightning was well designed. Our bathroom had two sinks and a great shower. We liked that the toilet was separate from the main bathroom. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a very good restaurant and a bar at the property.

We were surprised there was no option to purchase little snack items during the day. We would have also welcomed a bit more coffee rations. There is not much of a beach.

French Polynesia is overall quite an expensive place. We booked the suite at this hotel since our children are teenagers already and it was quite spacious, it worked out really well. The suite has a kitchenette and patio, which was really good so that we could shop at the supermarket (2 smalls ones only minutes away and Champion about 16 minute drive) and we enjoyed cooking our breakfast and sometimes dinners. Location wise, it is really convenient I feel, because it's close to most popular spots, I feel its better than some most expensive hotels. The beds are comfortable, and the room service is good. The airy style of the hotel makes it an ideal place just to relax by the beach and the snorkeling right from the hotel beach was amazing, we visited Intercontinental on Papee'te, and we feel the beach was nicer and the snorkeling was more natural at our hotel. We also booked a tour swimming with the whales, and we got picked up right from the hotel pier.

This doesn't apply to this hotel only, but to the whole island of Moorea. There are quite some stray dogs and chickens, be prepared you will hear the rooster crow early in the morning, or whenever.

Fabulous hotel location, staff, pool, lounge chairs, bar, restaurant and outside shower. Breakfast, dinner and happy hour at the restaurant was fabulous! Loved having restaurant on the property. The room was very nice. Bed confortable. The large balcony, which included two lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs, was Nothingfabulous with an exceptional view. Highly recommend this hotel. We'd definitely come again and bring family and friends.

We loved everything about this hotel - the accommodation which was spacious and beautifully decorated in light modern decor. We had a big bedroom and a lounge area with kitchenette too. There were USB sockets each side of the bed which was very helpful. We had a big terrace with a good quality table and four chairs and two sunbeds. Our view was to the pool and the ocean beyond looking through palm trees. It was perfect and everything we hoped for. The staff could not have been more helpful and all spoke great English. They helped us with travel tips and to book our evening at the Tiki Village for which we were so very grateful. The restaurant area is very nice and we enjoyed cocktails looking onto the beach at sunset and a lovely meal afterwards. There was plenty of parking for our rental car. There's a great supermarket called Super U just 2/3km away with stalls next to it selling local fruit and vegetables, The beach area was perfect - wooden double bedframes with shade over the top, comfortable mattresses and pillows as well as lots of beanbags and side tables. We were never stuck for a place to sit and a waiter came round at 5pm one night to tell us it was Happy Hour and serve cocktails. We went snorkelling off the beach every day and saw amazing fish as well as swimming with a turtle and having five foot shark casually swim past us. It was amazing.

Friendly staff! Restaurant was fantastic. Prices were high, but comparable to other hotel restaurants. We didn't use the mini kitchen, but it was adequately stocked with essential cookware. Room was sparsely decorated, but understandable since hotel has only been open less than 1 year. Shower was great. Very well maintained property, clean rooms and pool area. Plenty of canopy beds and loungers poolside and beachfront.

Toilet was separate from the bathroom in the bedroom. It was located by the front door. No other toilet in the full bathroom. No coffee machine, but instant coffee and tea were good. No creamer though. Also no full length mirror, no tissue box. Restaurant chairs didn't have cushions which caused the hard weave to pinch my skin. Not a deal breaker though. However, private beach was small and our ocean view room was a little disappointing as it was on the first floor and obstructed (room154). So price not worth it for the view. Would have preferred 2nd floor, but didn't see an elevator.

The location of the hotel was pretty central in Moorea. The staff were very accomodating and helpful and extremely warm and welcoming. Having a mini kitchenette in our room was fabulous and gave us the opportunity to purchase local fruit or drinks and snacks/food from the market and make our own meals when we needed/wanted a bit of a change. The free parking offered was also a definite plus! The bay provides a beautiful place for snorkeling and the pool cabanas and loungers were great! Was not too busy or noisy and the onsite restaurant had pretty decent food offerings. Best part of the hotel (and our room) is the community events space located next door. We were treated to a traditional Polynesian gathering with music and dancing which provided a truly authentic soundtrack to a beautiful backdrop! Would definitely recommend!

At times the pool/beach/bay area did not have enough shade which made it difficult to be outside enjoying some of the amenities at various times throughout the day.

Everything exceeded expectations. Friendly staff, comfortable room, nice pool, free kayak use, game room, faucet on deck to spray sand off your snorkel gear, the kitchen with fridge and stove with utensils, pots, and pans. The restaurant also was very good and not overpriced relative to the quality of food.

I think Americans are kind of used to having an ice dispenser on site and a small Keurig coffee maker in their rooms. You can go to the restaurant and buy a coffee for about $3.50 and it's maybe 1/3 the size of a Grande at Starbucks but if you are like me and drink a Venti a day...you might consider bringing some Starbucks instant coffee packs.

The lady who helped me at check-in was very friendly and nice. She waved when she saw me everywhere. The room was very nice. The wifi was strong. The island restaurant was also great. I really liked the Hinano IPA beer. The restaurant staff was very nice, but could be a bit rough when busy.

The card key I was given wouldn't open the room. I went back to the front desk and was given a metal key this time. However, the lighting and air conditioning in the room were not working properly as they were dependent on the card key. I had to call the technical staff twice to resolve the issue. After that, everything worked fine with the card key. There were a lot of winged ants on the floor.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the one of the most gorgeous bay (one of two). Our room was on a upper floor with a beautiful view on the pool and the lagoon. The room has separate shower room and a toilet which was very handy, separate living room and bedroom and extra large deck. Large comfortable king bed, quite air conditioner. We were very happy with the room ! Good car rental (Fun bike) within 10 minute walk with a reasonable price for a car we hired. 2 food stores are on a opposite sides of the hotel within 30 min walk or 3 min drive.

We did not buy breakfast options cause they were quite expensive in our opinion.
