Unbelievable attention to detail. Some of the best hotel staff - we were looked after so well

We had a beach villa with pool which was a change for us as we usually have over water villas in other destinations but I can highly recommend the beach villa with pool. Location is brilliant, close to sea and very peaceful. The staff and service were exceptional.I would recommend going out of season, take some extra cash for food and drink and forget the expense and enjoy the experience

The only negative I guess is the price of the drinks and the food was very good but not exceptional. We arrived mid Feb which is out of season, I’m not certain I would have had such a great experience in season. To be very fair the hotel, although the drinks etc were expensive, the property is beautifully maintained and I would guess is very very costly run to maintain.

Amazing location, the hotel is fantastic. Overwater villa with Lagoon/Mountain view are the better choice (we stayed 112). Bungalows are in excellent condition and big. Bed/Matras extremely comfortable and room layout is just tropical paradise. The resort has a lagoonarium and to swim/snorkel it is just great fun. Breakfast has a good variety (buffet and A La Carte) and overall food quality is very good. We were extremely happy here but small things prevented our stay from being perfect.

The communication of the staff is a problem. We got an assigned butler which loaded us with tons of infos, ignoring the fact that we came from trip and were tired. A better sense for the customer would be expected. Also not listening, when getting informed about my wife’s upcoming birthday and then congratulating us for our wedding anniversary. These might be small things but these are differences from doing good or great! Also Turndown service needs to be requested and is not automatic, often sloppy done (used towels not replaced, curtains not closed, water only on one side not on both). And if you dare to be still in the room when they come they give you a face.

Views were phenomenal, scenery was magical, bungalows were perfect

Expenses for food were way over priced, extra activities were extremely high priced, not much to do, gets boring after a few days

The overwater bungalow was absolutely incredible, the butler service was outstanding and literally everything you need was catered to. Tonnes of activities to do and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choices.

Everything shuts down around 9.30pm and there are no nearby bars to go to after this time. However we enjoyed the early starts and our days were filled with so many activities.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel I must comment on the absolutely exceptional courtesy and kindness of the staff at St. Regis. Of course the staff tries to impress their guests with their attentiveness but that is true at many places. What I found unusual, perhaps unique about the staff at the St. Regis was the way they attended to my 14 year old daughter who was born with multiple disabilities, one of which is that she requires pureed foods. I made sure before we left that we would be able to attend to this need at the St. Regis but we are always a bit anxious about it. There was no need to be. Not only did the staff at the St. Regis say they would provide us with a blender if necessary, not only did they agree to blend food in their very nice restaurants, but when we would show up for dinner, they would already have a special meal planned for her even without our asking. It literally brought tears to my eyes seeing how kind and generous and agreeable and accepting the entire staff was of my daughter. We like to travel as a family, we like to include my daughter when we do things as a family but, on many occasions, we have been unable to travel together with one of us staying home to care for my daughter. We often approach travel with her with some apprehension since her special needs do make travel more difficult. We had no such issues at the St Regis. The whole staff, Vairupe, Kassidy, Ida, Diana, Corentin, Laura, and many I never learned the names of treated my daughter exceptionally well and anyone who treat my daughter well earns a special place in my heart. To the staff at the St. Regis, thank you.

Absolutely everything!!! The resort is pristine, the staff is super friendly and kind, the food was delicious and fresh, the overwater villa was stunning and clean. The butler staff is amazing and helps you with everything you need. We loved our bikes that were provided for our villa. The resort is peaceful and relaxing!

All spectacular , stay away from Italian restaurant.

Fire the person who placed the 500 watt L.E.D. bulbs in the bar restaurant area. All else simply beautiful.
