The room was excellent, (a bit dark as low watt spots), set in lovely well kept grounds. We loved the pool area, staff were wonderful and the breakfast which is included (continental) was great. It included croissants/ pan au chocolate, cereal, yoghurt, and a fruit platter. You won’t be disappointed if you eat at the restaurant at night either. Really good food. Their portion sizes are huge, and they do excellent pasta dishes / was amazed at their tasty spaghetti bolognaise.

The water was temperamental - a couple of times there was none. But we called reception, and was soon sorted.

The hotel was well positioned right next to Bijilo beach with easy access to the sand. The hotel boasts a great swimming pool and a beach side restaurant which served a lovely breakfast and dinner . All the staff were very helpful and friendly . Our apartment had a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens

we had issues with the water supply to our apartment . we were only at the hotel for 24 hours but during this time we lost water about 5 times . when we rang reception we were always told there was an issue with the tank . I ended up taking cold showers down by the pool . The apartment itself was a little tired especially the kitchen area

The staff is very attentive to needs of customers. The apartment was clean and functional.

The Wifi in the room was not reliable. The room service doesn’t seem to be available even though it’s offered.

We loved the friendliness of the staff - especially Umar Bah was really accomodating us and made us feel like home. Apart from that also the food and the pool was really nice! We'd love to visit again soon.

We did not like the beach area - but as there was a cold wind, it was okay and we did not go there too much.

No Air conditioning in the living area also the phone in the flat wasn't working. However, they tried to repair it but to no avail so I couldn't do room service which was a inconvenience bcos I had to do trips to the reception but apart from that everything else is fine. Will definitely come by God's grace 🙏🏽

Employee's attention. Really kind and helpfull. Specially Yaya and his collegue in the reception who really help us since we got some personal trouble.

It was such a pleasure to stay here and we felt welcomed and cared for right from the start and throughout our stay. Our 4 year old was able to safely enjoy the facilities and we were reassured and supported by the staff team who lent a hand to entertain her curiosities and engage with her. The food and service in the restaurant and pool area was outstanding. Some of the best food we've enjoyed in the Gambia and the team made the whole experience a delight.

We get the impression from many conversations over the years of visiting that pay, terms and conditions of employment for Gambian tourism workers (as with other industries within the country) leave a lot to be desired. Working very long hours/weeks, for very low wages and with limited leave days etc. Whilst tips and gifts can help, we would prefer to see businesses and employers lead the way in developing better standards and honouring the rights of employees in a an appriach more similar to Europe/UK.

No sunbeds on beach shocked as especially as is a Seaview hotel staff need to sort that out provide sunbeds for customers who love to be on beach The garden were sunbeds are near the beach the grass was too long that meant lots of mosquitoes !!! I have never been bitten so bad ! Bitten more at this hotel than the last 3 weeks in gambia! As its high season and high prices I suggest high maintenance is needed - cut grass weekly keep it low limit mozzies Couldn't sunbathe in garden due to high grass and mozzies pool sunbeds not enough sun umbrellas for customers too hot stay in sun without them and can't even sunbathe on beach as no sunbeds didn't expect this from 4 star hotel Waiting time for food in restaurants is slow ! Ordered Indian meal usually serve naan bread with main course - nope not here 30mins after I finished meal still not arrived when I enquired said they will ask chef and seemed annoyed when I said cancel the order as its too late! Maybe some lessons on serving food is required Paying by car slow doesn't work so I suggest you pay in dalasi More organisation between staff is needed at checkout asked for full bill to be settled was given it paid it then as about to leave chased and told there is more to be paid! Not really.professional approach as would expect from 4 star Hotel its not massive complaints my point is if the hotel is charging high prices which I paid then I demand and expect a high level of professionalism for my.money
