The location is really nice and convenient. Taxis are cheap so you can easily get to the old town of the city, and if you want a beach vacation - the beach opposite is nice and clean, has sunbeds and all necessary kiosks around. The hotel in general is honestly good, clean and well organised. We got a room upgrade and had a fantastic seaview from the 22nd floor. Don't hesitate to request the room with a view, paying a bit more is worth it. The hotel has a restaurant which has a great selection of dishes for a decent price. Most of our breakfasts and dinners we spent there - delicious and well organised. The rooms are clean and anything you need extra may be requested, the iron and board were brought to us by request within 5 minutes. The bathroom also has a heating battery so you can dry your clothes, or warm up. Overall we were very pleased with our experience

Do get the room with the view, if you mind the view of old USSR times buildings.

They insisted on charging for milk for coffee at breakfast. 7 gel. Milk should obviously be included in the breakfast.

The hotel is great. We were provided with a comfortable room with a balcony. The room was super clean, the staff was very friendly. We had a couple of dinners at their cafe and the food was always fresh and tasty. The breakfast was also good.

The location is also good, it is just a 5 min walk from the beach. The only disadvantage of this location is that the hotel is surrounded by several other buildings. Our room was on the 21st floor and the acoustics was very intense, every dog that barked outside felt as if it was in the room.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this aparthotel several times in Batumi Georgia. It is one of my favorite places to stay because it always exceeds my expectations. They also offer generous discounts for loyal customers like me. The location is perfect, as it is close to many attractions and amenities that make Batumi a wonderful city to visit. The security is top-notch, and I always feel safe and comfortable in my apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I need, from appliances to furniture. It is like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Batumi. You won't regret it!

The rooms were clean and spacious, I was given a room with a balcony and a great view of the sea. They also accommodated my request to check in early, at 7 am, due to my train's early morning arrival, with a reasonable add on fee. The staff, from the reception to the coffee shop, are all friendly and attentive.

Nothing really, except for the sometimes on and off disconnection to the internet.

The location was great. Close to the beach and a mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean, and has everything you need. The restaurant was my favorite part. You could have breakfast or a late night snack.

The WiFi in my room stopped working two days into my 4 day stay so I would have to go to the lobby if I needed to get work done.

Unpleasant smell from bathroom (issues with ventilation). Bad wi-fi. Breakfast is 8-11 am, I recommend everyone to go as earlier as possible. Choice of food at 10:45 was bad. Also that was cold in the restaurant every time. TV without access to YouTube

All in all a good experience (some staff members were not so polite) but-there was a camera outside, showing right into our window, to the bed-why?? :D ofcourse you can close the curtains but…why?? Not ok :D

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing, everyone was considerate and tried to make our stay comfortable. We arrived 1 day earlier than planned and they promptly found us the room without any issues, even suggested to stay there for the next days without any additional charge even though the room was an upgrade. The cafe is lovely and cute.

Spacious rooms located on 21/22 floor, beautiful sea view from balcony, excellent breakfast in restaurant downstairs. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It was very cold in the room when the AC was turned off - it is possible to heat up the room only via AC which is a bit uncomfortable during night.
