Helpful and friendly staff, with an amazing breakfast featuring a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The kids’ area is impressive, equipped with the latest video games and a soft play zone—perfect for families. Housekeeping services were excellent, and the reception team was kind, professional, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, the booked family room was not available, which was disappointing. The hotel initially offered a free upgrade, but unfortunately, the upgraded room was smaller than the original booking. Eventually, they resolved the issue by providing two smaller rooms, which was acceptable. the swimming pool was not clean, which was a letdown.

Good location. Walking distance to the Grand Mall is 10 -15 minutes. An interesting modern interior, complemented by mirrors, creates a good mood. The room is clean, there is a kettle and everything you need. Special thanks for the SPA. Open until 11pm! Very comfortably. Swimming pool, sauna, everything works. Special thanks for the breakfasts. Very tasty. But coffee - only from filter. Special thanks to Gio - Guest relation responsibility. Found out our requests and help us with the warming the room. The air conditioner was switched to hot! It was a nice after raining day and wet shoes.

This time we had a family vacation: the staff provided a bed for the child, a chair for feeding, heated up food for the child in restaurant , a great playroom for the child, a spa for my wife and a gym for me😋 it is very convenient that the hotel has a grocery store, we will continue to visit only this hotel in the future! Spacy room with two isolated bedrooms, table for four, and many small things that make the living feel comfortable. Always clean. City view is ok. Swimming pool is good. There’s a free parking area near the entrance. Tursa supermarket is a nice place, we loved shopping there.

Noisy street outside. Swimming pool is only for 16+, children under this age are only allowed to play in the small pool next to it, but it’s a weird rule. We were asked to leave because my kids have been swimming with us in the main pool. Fortunately it was our last day there.

The room was fabulous. We have been upgraded to family suite, it is like a small apartment, very clean , perfect 2 king size bad , great bathroom with good shower facilities, reception was very communicable and pleasant. There is a playroom for kids with many attractions and also spa , pool and fitness center has a new equipment.

We had a rest at the end of October. We liked everything very much - the room, the gym, the sauna, a good pool, a good location. The price-quality was more than satisfactory! I do not even plan to consider other options in the future! Special thanks to managers Giorgio and Nino in matters of accommodation, pleasant communication, assistance and navigation around the hotel!

Good and new rooms, very comfortable bed, fitness center, welcome fruits:), close to the airport. Good hotel if compared to other hotels in Batumi.

Shower water leaking on the floor, bad noise isolation to inside (you can hear neighbours shouting and running till late in the hall), swimming pool had dirty water. The majority of the staff looked rather indifferent and not welcoming.

All the interior looks new, smart tv , nice shower, long bed, the hotel staff is friendly, the location is good, takes me like 15-20 min to get to the beach and a supermarket next to the hotel , has a well equipped gym and a nice pool . Excellent service, we were checked in at 6am, for which I am very grateful! Comfortable clean rooms, everything you need. Good pool and sauna. Responsive staff, ready to help with everything.

It's not the hotel's fault, but the location isn't the best. The view from the window is a bit depressing.

The family room was huge and comfortable. Morning meals were delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially George Gorgiladze, who greatly helped us. This is a great hotel, especially for people who is visiting Batumi for football, The Stadium is 10 minutes walking
