Staff was very helpful. Clean facilities. Adequate communication (English, Georgian, Russian) comfortable atmosphere! Homey! Breakfast good + real foods.

The place is quiet, easy to reach by car and the room was quite spacious. The staff was friendly and the breakfast, even if quite limited and not a buffet, was good and enough. You can take a room with a sea view, even if the sea is not exactly near and well visible. The food given for breakfast was overall good and in good quantity.

The place is quite old and should benefit from an overall renovation. The elevator is quite scary being very old and noisy. The pool was not working and, looking at it from the outside, was quite messy and dirty. The seaside in front of the hotel has no sand and it is quite narrow. To find a better beach, mostly done of sand, you have to move on the sides quite a bit. In our case, the breakfast was not a buffet but delivered dish by dish. In this case, you may find yourself eating very little if you don't want or like what they are bringing you. Much better a buffet breakfast where you have different options and you can fit your own needs.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool wasn't available and there really was no place to sit next to beach. It felt kind of run down.

Extremely freezing swimming pool. Very scary and old elevator. The bathroom leaked in the room under our room. AC not working properly. The Food we ordered from the restaurant was very bad. Old furniture.

very poor ac in the room. very high price for the "in the middle" facilities provided, decently old equipment . need to tune up and repair ac in the room, especially 303, toilet flush which was not that great, etc. the roof is leaking

Location is good. I visited there in December so I cannot fully evaluate all the amenities since the hotel is primarily focused on holidays.

The treatment I received at the front desk was not satisfactory. Although I had booked through booking.com and clearly stated that I only needed the room for half a day without breakfast, they charged me the full amount without even providing a receipt. On my second visit, I arrived without a prior booking and made the same request for a half-day stay without breakfast. They charged me even more this time, but at least they gave me a receipt. I overheard them speaking in their own language about my request, saying not to give me a discount because I supposedly had a lot of money due to my job. When I finally got the room key, I found that the room was clean, but the kettle was not working. Additionally, the shower booth was so small that I had to be extremely thin and short in order to fit inside and close the door.
