I had a very pleasant stay, one of the best hotel experiences of my life, the staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is simply impeccable. The F&B staff were smiling, friendly and above all helpful. Rest assured that if I were to return to Batumi in the future, I would do so again, and I would certainly recommend your hotel. We had a fantastic stay at Chateau Kvirike in Kobuleti, Georgia. From the moment we entered the property, it felt like stepping into another world within the chateau’s walls. Giorgi at reception was incredibly welcoming—check-in was smooth, and he took the time to give us a tour of the property and share its fascinating history. He was always available and eager to help throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the wine tasting at the hotel’s own wine cellar. We had a memorable experience with another Giorgi, one of the winemakers, who shared fascinating insights about the history of Georgian wine. The wines we tasted were exceptional! Visiting during the winter season, we truly appreciated the peace and quiet. It was a serene and unique experience, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking relaxation, great hospitality, and a touch of Georgian culture.

We stayed there for several nights and want to mention that rooms are very clean, spacious with nice views. As for facilities the hotel territoty includes a very nice swimming pool, really worth mentioning and nice restaurant where you can sit during the evening time and enjoy the vibe. Staff was also friendly and nice.

It is not that I did not like something, but food during the breakfast and in the restaurant as well, can be more delicious. Like there was a lot of variety during the breakfast but it was not delicious. As for the restaurant we ate there 2 times and even traditional dishes that they are making in this region was not delicious. Like we ordered Sinori and it was 2 out of 5. Other than this, it was good. We enjoyed Aperol Spritz in the bar.

The pool, the rooms, the view, the cars, the music was pure bliss!!

The breakfast was marginal, low quality and options. The halfboard dinner was REALLLY BAD. The hotel with breakfast is amazing but don’t book half board. Order from the menu if you want to eat anything. Fair prices and regional products as well as pizza. We booked half board but when we saw the food we decided not to eat anything, The apparently had this complaint before and eventually paid back the difference between HB and BB. So we were happy. But we think they should not offer HB with that option. For Bb we would give it a 9 out of 10. The pool and vibes are really LOVELY

The room was clean and to be sure the whole hotel's staff works well about cleaning. The check-in process had no problems as well . They have prepared the room even before check-in time, which is cool. Also sent at the room a small present. We were staying for one night and were well surprised. At the hotel's area, they have the pool with an outside bar. Didn't order much, but only coffee. The pool was well cleaned and fine. At the hotel's territory, you can find the winery and the restaurant. I recommend everyone to visit the restaurant, cause I ate the best pork barbecue in my life there! It was perfect! Breakfast was also good and well served.

There are a couple of things to be improved. There are a lot of cup marks in the room's furniture. Add at least something to put a cup on it . It will minimise the damage provided by the guests. At night time, some guests became drunk and were shouting at the pool area, so I think they need some security staff to control the guests' behaviour. Overall, it was a perfect one night stay. Thanks to the staff (waiters, reception, bell boy, bartender). Staff is a face of company so take care of them !

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh, varied, and high-quality ingredients. Our room, equipped with large windows, was both clean and modern, boasting comfortable beds. The bathroom amenities were a pleasant surprise, offering locally produced toiletries infused with Saperavi and sparkling white bathrobes. The personnel were incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring that our overall experience was delightful. Though we didn't have enough time to utilize it, the hotel also offers a pool table for guests to enjoy. A highlight not to be missed is the museum housed in a 200-year-old building, along with the extensive winery that produces wine and chacha on an industrial scale.

Swimming pool wasn’t functioning, assume due to an early season.

საუზმე იყო მუდმივად ერთნაირი და შეიძლებოდა სასტუმროს მაღალი სტანდარტებიდან გამომდინარე უფრო მაღალი დონის საუზმე ყოფილიყო, რადგან ბევრად უკეთესს ველოდი. რაც შეეხებაა ვახშამს ნამდვილად არ მომეწონა. აუზზე შემოსული ვიზიტორები უკეთ უნდა კონტროლდებოდნენ, რადგან ქაოსს ქმნიან.

The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-kept, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The attentive and genuinely friendly staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Even during our winter visit, we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and available amenities. I can only imagine how stunning the experience would be in the summer. A special feature is the on-site winery, which offers a delightful selection of wines, adding an extra touch of charm to our stay.

The pool was huge and exceptionally well cared for. Plenty of sun beds and a free towel service. The grounds were lovely and the restaurant meals were first class. The chalet was really nice, as were the complimentary toiletries. The collection of vintage cars in the grounds were an added bonus. All in all, a delightful stay. We will definitely return!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The swimming pool is amazing, breakfast is also very nice, you can also have dinner at the same restaurant. The hotel is well located and isolated from the busy Kobuleti, it is ideal for those who enjoy the air from the sea but prefer swimming in the pool (we didn't test the nearest beach).
