From the very first moments, we felt right at home — only with a better breakfast and no dirty dishes! The staff were welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Aftandil — it felt like he knew what we needed before we even asked. The room was spotless and cosy, with thoughtful little touches that set the mood: soft lighting, a comfortable bed, and a fresh, clean scent in the air. And the view... that’s a story on its own. You wake up, pull back the curtains — and there it is: the beach sparkling in the sun like a dream postcard. Sipping your morning coffee with that view beats any spa experience. The location? A gem. Everything you need is just around the corner! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for an atmosphere that money simply can’t buy.

The hotel was amazing — clean, cozy, and well-located. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s very close to the railway station, which was convenient, and although there was some noise, it didn’t bother us — though light sleepers might notice it. What really stood out was the hospitality: everything was spotless, and on the day we checked out, they even packed us lunch to take with us — such a thoughtful touch!

The only small downside was that housekeeping didn’t replenish the shampoo after the first day. But overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

Great small hotel with a beautiful seaside view. The staff was helpful and polite. We loved the breakfast: lots of options, and everything was tasty. While the windows face the road, closing the balcony door is sufficient to eliminate most of the noise. The amazing sea view makes up for it. We really enjoyed our stay here, thanks a lot!

The location was not a drawback for us as we wanted a place far from the hustle and bustle of the city center; but if you plan to visit the city center a lot, keep in mind there might be traffic jams. But I guess it’s a common thing in Batumi anyway.

The continental breakfast was really up to the expectations. Overall the staff was really friendly and ready to accommodate all of our needs. The hotel bathrooms were well equipped with the toiletries, room well equipped with the needed slippers and towels. Room with great beach views and the sunrise was really pretty.

When spoke to the team of family room booking that had 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, and 2 twin beds, we were informed that we could not book the room for a group of 4 people. Even thought the room was sufficient enough, we were requested to book another separate room that, in my opinion, was unnecessary.

Everything was perfect!! The location as they have Carrefournearby, the view to the sea and the centerof Batumi, the delicious breakfast, the helpful working staff, the comfy rooms. It was excellent! A big respect to the people working there. They knew all the info that a tourist could ask for.

It was little bit noisy but you can get easily used to it. Also, I would suggest them to clean better the bathrooms but I am a perfectionist so it was only my concern 😅

We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and decided to visit again because we had a great experience. This time the hotel managed to exceed our expectations as it has added a number of new facilities since our last stay and improved the aura and the atmosphere even more. Clear positives are very good comfort, hearty and tasty breakfasts, very polite and friendly staff, amazing views, very nice location and great value for money. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

It is difficult to pin point any real negatives. In general, I would advise future guests to use local apps for transportation and food delivery services as some private taxis may take advantage and charge unreasonable fees.

Clean and comfortable small hotel just outside of Batumi. Both nights had good sleeps despite vicinity to the road. Staff is very friendly, the breakfast is ok, except for the coffee. In overall good place to stay if you are with the car and don’t mind to stay a bit outside of Batumi.

Im cutting one star for not having a good coffee machine. I think it’s a must for any hotel nowadays.

The hotel seemed new, everything was clean from reception, restaurant and rooms. Rooms were good size. View of the sea was uninterrupted (visually only)

It was away from the city, food delivery took almost 1.5 hrs and it was by the sea but between the sea and the hotel is a busy road + railway tracks which gets noisy whenever the train passes by. Also the biggest flaw would be that the hotel does not have elevator, so getting up and down with luggage gets tiresome.

Clean, comfy bed, panoramic view of the black see. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. New furniture. Amazing view from the balcony especially sunset and batumi city at night. Parking available. I recommend this hotel.

Noise from the street in front of the hotel but after closing the windows noise much reduced. The hotel is three floors and elevator is not available. No telephone in the room so we had to go to reception to ask them for anything. No room survice only breakfast was served we couldn't order any food from the restaurant. My room was family room, I found the handle of the Small room door broken with sharp edge and my arm was injured while entering the room.

Overall, everything was nice: a clean room, very good bed and pillows, a cozy pool area, good breakfast, but it would be nice to add some pastry like croissant or smth. Was nice to have place for parking. Beautiful view. Also it's a good location for traveling outside Batumi, especially cuz there is usually a huge traffic jam that you partly pass.
