Interesting hotel a little bit out of Batumi center but really nice view to city center and close to botanic garden. The room had nice view, lot of day light, all equipment you need from small balcony to table, heater of water, glasses,... Really nice host, warm and she prepare every day different local breakfast. A lot of different thinks to pick and all was so delicious. We travel 10 days around Georgia and for sure that was the best breakfast we had. Was so good we forgot to take a photo of breakfast. Really recommended to all who visit Batumi. Only think is Google map who not have right location of a hotel. Below photos that you will easyer found it. There are direction board but maybe a little small. When you drive out of main road cca. 400 m drive to hotel. The road go quite up in forest...

A little bit bad smell from our bathroom.

The main feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the beautiful view. We had a room with a cliff view of the city and the sea, and we were amazed by the scenery. Hotel located in the very quiet place about 10 minutes walk from one of the entrance to the Botanical garden and the buss stop. About 20 minutes on the taxi from the very center of the city. Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. Great breakfast, clean room and territory also leave very positive impression.

I can't remember any major drawbacks of this hotel. Just keep in mind, that there is not any shop nearby (I suppose) and you should bring anything with you when go from the city, and some taxi drivers can find the entrance to thence not from the first time.

Breakfast was different each day. Delicious home-made food. Fruit and vegetables, eggs and sausages, oatmeal, coffee and tea, meat pastries. Dining room has an amazing view of the mountains, city and the sea. Dining room has a tuned piano that can be played. Bus stop near by with bus to the city center every 34 minutes costed 0.30 Lari with bus card, 1.00 with credit card. 5 Min walk from upper entrance to the huge Botanical Gardens. Garden-like, villiage-like surroundings. No man-made, only natural sounds at night.

The view was amazing, and the quiet atmosphere along with the friendly staff made my stay fantastic. Leri and Maia were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located just beyond the Botanical Garden.

Actually, the breakfast was not bad, but it would be better to improve the quality of the beverages , such as tea, coffee, and juice. I would recommend paying more attention to the cleaning; it’s better to do it daily.

The place is clean. Breakfast and food is super. The hosts are very nice. The place is over looking. Near botanical garden. If you are looking for green place out of the city. This is the best. Hotel has restaurant where you can order food.

The place is far, market and groceries not accessible. Hard for bolt drivers to find the place but the kind hosts are always there to help.

The place was very clean. The breakfast was very delicous. Beds was in a good condition. It is not luxury hotel but comfortablr and clean. The hotel located in nature of Batumi and far from the city noise with a nice view.

It was a little bit hard to find the place from google map, we had to ask host about the address and we found it after a few time. It is better to have a personal car to reach there.

For those who don't want to live in the center of Batumi, this is a great option: with a 15 taxi ride you cane easily get to the city. And, 5 minutes from the hotel, there's a bus stop that you can use to get to the city as well (bus goes every 30 minutes). I recommend taking the room with a sea view: you'll get the fantastic Batumi bay and the whole city behind. Fabulous Botanical Garden is in 15 minutes walk. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast is good! And two cats living in this small family owned hotel, don't forget about them. I definitely recommend it for your stay!

The view is amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Botanical Garden. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It would have been excellent if they had orange juice :)

They told me I can pay only in cash. That was a little bit inconvenient

The view from the hotel is amazing,the rooms are clean and spacious.

The distance from the centre is 10 km,it takes a lot of time to get there(by bus or by taxi) because of constant traffic jams,so that might be tiring. There is no black coffee for breakfast,no scrambled eggs or ham.
