the room was clean and very nice quiet apartments clean and clear pool water very comfortable market allowing you to buy ingredients for the hotel room, food and drinks. the resort is intended for rest and chill

a power outage caused us to get stuck in an elevator with two small kids on the 12th floor in full darkness. no one came to free us and the generator did not kick in. it was very scary for the children. the reception computers did not work and we couldnt check out. we booked a room for two adults and two kids but did not receive bed sheets for the couch where the kids were supposed to sleep causing us all to sleep in one bed. Some buildings were under construction and drilling sounds were all day aside the pool. No change filial at the resort but you can pay with a credit card every where. Many mosquitoes were at the resort.

Too many mosquitoes outside and inside the rooms, the staff was not cooperative (except at the reception), price list inside the resort (market and restaurants), swimming pools were not clean.

The weather was very bad

Territory is big with many different facilities, new furniture in apartments, pretty clean. Moroccan place has great shisha, mint tea and friendly staff.

A lot of crazy mosquitos! It is often not possible to reach the staff by phone, you get towel cards but there are often no towels available and when you return the towels there can be no cards at the station, breakfast doesn’t cost the money (60 lari per person) they charge, cleaning is only done once every 4 days (they take away everything, including towels from morning till evening), you get 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days as well no matter how big is your family so you have to buy it yourself, no iron and you can’t get it, we were advised to buy one.

Very beutiful teritory with a lot of beautiful plants. The apartment was clean and nice furnished, bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed not comfy even for children.

A lot of moscitos even in the apartment, you have to check all apartment and catch them, we all were bitten after first night. The personal in this hotel is not pleasant in reception and in the restaurants only one gye in playing area was nice. And they give one toilet paper roll for 3 days for family, its ridiculous when you pay such a money for stay. Sometimes music near the pool is very loud, and if you want to get sun beds, you have to go early in the morning.

Nice beach, after reclamation apt with spectacular sea view ( first option had view on construction site) Large pools and nice plantation.

The stuff was not friendly , inpolite and only some guys spoke english. 2 restaurants were closed.

Arriving and checking out were very slow with a lot of mistakes and changes. The offer in the restaurant was poor. A lot of glitter but poor service.
