Beautiful, well maintained hotel, multiple swimming pools, in front of the beach

Overpriced. Up to the point it becomes ridiculous. price per night is in line with the market, but they charge extra for the use of tennis courts, mini golf, (and there were no one using them), breakfast for 70 lari (!! It’s a normal average hotel breakfast!!). They charged separately for using Nespresso coffee capsules , for using the coffee machine that was provided in the room. Never happened to me in my life 😁 coffee in the room (Nespresso or instant, doesn’t matter) is always included. Apparently, not in this hotel 😁 Standard sea view rooms below 6th floor have view at the trees, and thus should be called “obstructed sea view”…

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room service was consistently attentive and kept everything comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfasts were great, offering a delicious and satisfying start to the day. Plus, the sea here is just perfect—refreshing and beautiful, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

While I enjoyed my stay, there are a few areas that could be improved. The music at the pool bar was sometimes disruptive, and the occasional weekend parties made it difficult to sleep one night. I also noticed that non-smoking rules could be more strictly enforced to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Additionally, while the hotel's beach is equipped and staffed, more attention to its cleanliness would enhance the experience. Finally, the bedding for someone may appear somewhat uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality.

Comfort and peace. Rooms are convenient and have a great view.

Spa center had staff who spoke only Russian, it is unacceptable to work in any Country without knowing Official Language or at least English.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive—absolutely cool. The cleanliness was outstanding, truly spotless in every corner. Everything was handled in the blink of an eye. You barely finish asking for something, and the staff is already on it—so helpful and efficient. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. Honestly, everything about this hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it!

Nothing to complain.

I recently stayed at the Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The decor was tasteful, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The garden was very nice, providing a peaceful and beautiful setting to relax in. The beach was also clean and well-maintained, perfect for a day of sun and sea. My kids had a fantastic time playing with the hotel's animators, who kept them entertained with various activities.

However, the only drawback was the pool, which was a bit cold for my liking. It would have been more enjoyable if the temperature was a bit warmer. Despite this, my overall stay was delightful, and I would recommend this hotel for its lovely gardens, pristine beach, comfortable rooms, and excellent family-friendly activities.

Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness is excellent beach is very close to the hotel and clean. Taxi service is excellent. Architecture and design of facilities is very nice, rooms could be decorated better.

Restaurant is very limited, needs more Georgian dishes. Staff often doesn’t speak sufficient English. We couldn’t upgrade our room for some reason which was a shame. Needs better description of rooms when booking online. Towel cards were a pain. Would be better distribute towels on the beach. It would be a nice touch to put a bowl of fresh water by the beach gate for dogs

It is super clean, the territory is well-groomed and interesting, they have 3 pools(salty water, not salty water and closed area), sea in 40-50 meters, parking in the hotel territory. They give a sweaty chocolate every day and clean the room twice a day. Room is really clean and everything works well. There is no smoke or other kind of smell in the room, which frequently happens in other hotels.

There is no EV charger, just a 220V plug port. If you have noisy neighbors that is a problem. Balconies are side by side, and you hear even a whisper when windows are open, but even if you close, you will hear normal speach even from the room. Walles are thin I think. We tried food only once there, ordered prawns, Megrelian khachapuri and salad, Prowns were pricey, the portion is just 4 prowns, Khachapury has a lot of cheese but it is not teasty it has sour teast, and salad was very oily. But that is not a problem, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, and actually you want to go outside sometimes.

awesome location just at the sea, three pools, sauna, tennis, gym, massage,yoga all awesome. the room is kept neat and clean at all times

restaurant could have some more choice and more local dishes. their complimentary bread seems to be baked from frozen buns - why not getting fresh bread from a baker? the bikes we rented for money were really run down and partially broken. the music at the pool is always the same playlist - we stayed for one months and we knew all songs by heart

Beautiful territory, clean rooms, nice pools, tasty food in the restaurant, private beach which is a rare thing.

During check-in I was charged higher amount than in booking confirmation but it was fixed rather quickly. You might consider buying one more coffee machine for breakfast time to avoid queues... We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and I've notified the hotel in advance however it went unnoticed, which is fine but a little more attention to your guests would be appreciated.
