The location on the beach and in the forest Rooms, beds and SPA are perfect

The hotel is located in a beautiful park area, but there is not a single restaurant or cafe in nature. Breakfast takes place in a closed area or practically in an area with an aquapark. The beach is poorly landscaped, umbrellas are constantly falling, what creates traumatic situations. There is a construction site around, security forbids walking along the coastline. There's nowhere to get out of the hotel

food at the chef restaurant was good, but not amazing.

Decorated of spa and was so small for this big hotel. Just 2 jacuzzi place and 2 kind of sauna not enough for there.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Asian restaurant was perfect. Location is excellent. Hotel is super comfortable and very luxurious.

I wish they had coffee machines in the room. Every hotel I have recently visited, including Rooms Batumi, has a coffee machine in the room. It is a game changer for people that love coffee which is 90% of the guests that visit this hotel. Also beach could have been used more by the hotel. Having a beach club, or a bar or similar facility, comfortable beds etc on the the beach would be a bonus. Poolside is great but this hotel is visited primarily because of the sea.

Quiet location nothing around you only peace and quiet. Modern interior very well designed and thought out. Comfortable bed and most lux bathroom. Very clean very tidy just like on the photos, very up kept place. Food for breakfast was nice selection with tasty breakfast items something for everybody. Dinner buffet was decent but nothing out of the ordinary, however the Georgian restaurant here is a must try, main dishes are to die for and the service was top. Free to use saunas and pools were clean and tidy (make sure to bring slippers though). Overall a great stay to relax and unwind

Exotic place with high class. Most of the time the hot water pools do the job.

Staff was mainly high class, sometimes there’s some issues that are known to the foreigners but at least we received chocolate as compensation 🤭

Long wait at the reception for check-in, unlawful withdrawal of payment for breakfast from the account and refusal to return it, considering that the check-out was before the start of breakfast, any hotel that respects its customers, especially of this level, will not argue about the return of a service that the tourist did not use. Next time, I will think twice about taking breakfast or even using the services of this hotel at the time of check-in, there was a terrible smell of plastic at the entrance to the lobby

Amazing room and view. The bathroom was huge with all facilities like a bathtub and a bidet. The pool side was the best part. It was huge and overlooked the sea. There was even a dj in the evenings and a poolside bar where you could sit in the water. The beach was sandy, unlike the pebble ones in batumi. Many food options and amazing buffets. The aquarium was huge with lots of marine life and you could watch it while having food from one of the restaurants. No need to worry about heading back to the main city or airport since they have many private taxis available at any time. So its not a worry even though its a bit far from batumi

They should inform at check in about the room deposit option to be able to charge for food etc instead of paying upfront at the cafes.
