Great place for families, couples or solo travelers. It is located inside the park. Place is great , staff is great especially girl in the Reception , i had really good time with my family and we plan to return back very soon. Loved pool as well . hotel area feels like you are living in middle of forest . Breakfast was very delicious and i loved cafe area under the big green trees

There are very small things that even doesnot matter because overally i am so satisfied and would love to return back .

Keti hosted us incredible well, We loved all about the hotel and surroundings and available activities are just wonderful Restaurant staff is super young but food was good quality. We will be back for sure and recommend others

Air conditioning in our room was off when we arrived and temperaturewas about 40C, it took whole night to cool it off… Would be great if during the summer AC to be turned off before guests arrival

Location - the best place to stay in Lagodekhi. It is on the edge of the national park. Also, having two swimming pools makes a big difference, especially if one is travelling with kids

Restaurant service is very poor. Avoid "complicated" dishes because they may take 40 min to prepare (and you are not told this in advance). Or after 40 min of waiting you may be told that the item is not available.. The staff at the Restaurant have zero training.. they have no idea that drinks need to be served immediately.. etc etc The cleaning of swimming pools starts at 9am and lasts 1h or longer.. So, if one wants to go for a swim during these hours, it is not available. The breakfast hours are 9.00 - 11:00. Again, if one wants to go hiking earlier, they have to go without any breakfast.. Communication via Booking was not good either.. I sent a question and never got any answers

Everything was just perfect: for breakfast you can choose different dishes from the menu, the pancakes were especially delicious! Excellent location of the hotel, comfortable and cozy room, attentive staff. Thank you for the winter fairy tale that you gave us!

It was a little cool in the restaurant.

Location was wonderful, right inside a national park. Trailhead nearby into the mountains. The property was very nice and the staff as well. I thought the restaurant was very good. The pool looks wonderful.

Incredible location at the entrance of the National Park. Food was great from restaurant. Breakfast was a very good continental - hot / cold / savoury and sweet options. Rooms were simple but functional and clean. Nice, friendly staff. Good facilities.

Tv was only a screen for youtube - no tv channels to watch Georgia play rugby. A minor thing.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the national park. Ideal place for nature lovers and hikers. Many trails around to go hiking.

There were certain issues with the premises, certain things were not working but were fixed once asked. The room was cleaned upon request.

The best hotel in Lagodekhi for sure, beginning with location and ending with facilities.

Service could be much better in restaurant.
