Awesome room, awesome view on the valley, the corner room has a huge balcony, beautiful surroundings - lake, mountains, forest, huge valley. Mini bar is also good.

If your room is near the elevator you will most probably hear it very well every time it is used.

The infrastructure was beautifully designed, especially the room on the first floor was enormous (with surprisingly tall ceiling) ,however still felt very cozy. The best part was surrounding nature, it was breathtaking, especially at night when you could hear the owls🫣❤️

Everything was perfect! (however, I would probably single-out the receptionist woman, and suggest her to be less “strict” and hostile towards non-Georgian speakers. As a Georgian speaker myself, I don’t think it’s fair to single out “natives” and treat them a little “friendlier” then non-speakers. It’s a job, where you have to treat everyone equally and make them feel comfortable + maintain good national image and our hospitality 🫶🏻

We return to Kvareli Lake Resort every year, and each time we are reminded that this is the perfect place for a getaway! The breathtaking nature, stunning views of the lake and mountains create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility. The hotel itself maintains an exceptionally high standard of service – the staff is always attentive, professional, and ready to assist, making our stay truly comfortable. This year, we were especially impressed by the new building – it is simply outstanding! The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes that make staying here an absolute pleasure. A special mention goes to the breakfasts – delicious, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Starting the day with such a meal is pure delight! A huge thank you to the entire team and management of the hotel for their care, excellent service, and warm hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

stylish new hotel with splendid views

From start to finish, this was a magical experience. The location is breathtakingly beautiful, with the resort overlooking the valley on one side and the lake on the other. There are decks with ample space to enjoy, and the indoor swimming pool allows you to enjoy the view whilst in the pool - and then go to the wet or dry sauna. The staff was incredibly professional and kind at the check-in, bar, restaurant, and breakfast. The food deserves a shoutout as well - both the Georgian and European cuisine holds some of the best dishes we've ever had. I can't wait to come back.

The location was so admirable! Also breakfast's was great and the options to take bikes or paddle boat were in place. The rooms are clean with nice view and pleasant scent. The buildings of the hotel look esthetic and modern.

The room service came at about 4pm, we asked to come later, nobody came. When we returned to the room at night there was no toilet paper (it seemed like 1 roll per stay) and no water. (We called the receptionist and he brought us the above). In a 4 start hotel there are no irons in the rooms, all the guests had to call the reception to ask for one, the first one the staff brought was broken, we had to call again to ask for replacement.

The accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. Overall, Kvareli Lake Resort is a hidden gem for those looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a range of activities in a tranquil setting. Highly recommended for families looking to create lasting memories in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The breakfast (and the cuisine in general) is probably the best I have encountered in Georgia. Both variety and quality were great, and in addition to a very generous selection in the buffet, they make every kind of hot morning dish: benedicts, toasts, omelets, you name it. And everything tastes great. The rooms are nice, the mattresses are firm (crucial for me and my broken back), and the panoramic windows offer stunning views of both the lake and the valley. The staff needs a few extra words. They were friendly, helpful, almost all of them speak quite good English, and they are literally there to help you: whether it's rescuing you from the rain across the lake and sending a golf taxi to take you back to the hotel, or changing your flat tire (both happened to us, and I couldn't be more grateful for the help, if you're reading this - thank you once again!)

Beware of the ants though, any food left outside the fridge will attract a small swarm of them. Harmless, but some people might get scared.

Everything is perfect: location, food, room (especially smell in it), views, katamarans, lake, pool, reception staff. Breakfast is good, which is not usual for open buffet.

1) Service in georgian restaurant (main building) is terrible (!!) : we were waiting for 20 min for a menu, and 2 times asked about it - personal did nothing for first notification. Then we waited 20 min more to make an order. Directly asked personal for coming to us - it worked at second reminding. At the end we got a teapot after once more notifying about it when the desert is done. Worst service than anywhere else. 2) bikes for rent wasn't well handled. Tyres are not inflated, transmission (speeds) can't be set, seat height can't be changed.

The most beautiful location. A lake, a forest, some hills. Paradise. We went to the room, through our bags and went on a bicycle trip around the lake. In the morning we went on a hike on a path in the forest. You can have a view of the lake or a view of the vineyards and hills. The restaurant in the hotel served excellent food and had a great ambiance. The room was comfortable and large, the sauna was hot and good. The children had a great time playing in the amusement room. This is one of the finest resorts we have been to.

The only negative things were that that they were doing some construction work that didn't allow us to stay longer and had trucks and diggings on the grounds. I believe that this will be fixed when they re-open in May-2024
