We loved the nature, it was a luxury experience with wonderful activities- the water park was really nice, the pools were amazing - the temperature of the water was perfect we didn’t want to go out, the breakfast was ok but it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel breakfast, there are plenty of activities and things to do - such as horse riding and water bicycle (which we tried and we liked it), bottom line - the nature and the hotel was AMAZING

The food is really a sad experience, we had to eat outside of the hotel and there was no bolt (taxi application) available and they charge double price to get out to the city. Horrible food in the bars i don’t recommend at all - we ordered a margarita and received a bread

Very nice breakfast, great spa that includes sauna with various treatments, huge territory with lots of flowers growing, lots of ducks and other birds, almost each building has its own pool and there is one huge pool that is 1.9m deep and (I think) 25m long. Lots of things to do like table and full-size tennis. Staff is highly professional and pleasant

Lunch and breakfast seriously lacks variety, so I would suggest opting for breakfast only and trying different restaurants that are available in the complex

The views are stunning. Surrounded by nature every which way you look. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you’re looking to be immersed in nature, trees, animals and to swim it’s amazing. Many pools. Also Sophia is incredibly helpful. Available all day to answer all our requests on WhatsApp.

Two main problems: 1- transportation around the resort. It is massive. With a limited number of electric mini buses. You could wait a minimum of 20-45 minutes just to go from one end of the resort to the other. So if you are not able to walk (pregnant, disability, injured) you will find this frustrating. 2- absolutely no soundproofing in rooms. If you want to nap during the day you can hear the music from the pool and screaming children. And at night you can hear conversations in corridors as though they’re in your room. If you’re a light sleeper it’s a big problem.

Lovely really big green area. There are many buildings and swimming pools on the territory, but their location is well thought out and does not create visual noise. The central part of the resort - a pond framed by trees - looks like part of the natural landscape, and not as a part of a monstrous hotel. Would be nice to have more guided activities for kids, like fishing assistance, baking classes... can be part of the kids club program. tennis coach on site or at least option of prior reservation. Openning hours of facilities can be balanced better. For example. gym opening at 8 and breakfast starting at 8, so if you go to the gym before your breakfast, you will have to have your meal at the busiest time.

There was no water hose next to the Toilet although there was a Bidet but we are used to and prefer a water hose (sprayer) next to the Toilet.
