The staff here was really incredible. Always eager to help, always with a genuine smile. They arranged a ride for me and my fiancee to a winery near the city. When I was searching for a wine bottle opener they just appeared with one, as if reading my mind. We felt very welcome here. The room was big, silent and cozy.

There was no ironing table, and the shower was not draining very fast.

Lovely hotel. Well located, walking distance to everything in town but quiet. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, great shower. The outdoor terrace for breakfast, drinks and dinner has a fabulous view out to the mountains. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in four months of travelling through Europe and North America. Very helpful and friendly staff. They organised a day trip driver for us to see a few wineries and sights out of town. And did our laundry for a very reasonable price.

Internet didn’t work in our room but we were on the top floor and furthest away from reception so most likely other rooms would not have this problem. They kindly offered to move us to another room but as wifi worked well on the terrace we didn’t mind too much.

The hotel management is very hospitable, always ready to help with booking a taxi or any other requests. The room was spacious. The breakfast is extremely rich and delicious (ordered by menu). The terrace view and location are superb!

It’s really comfortable hotel with so friendly service staff. There are very clean, cozy. Sooo good breakfast, it costs 25 lari for one person, but it consists of 15-20 positions and it’s really delicious breakfast with awesome view!

Extremely amazing place with best people taking care of the property. They helped organize day trips and also helped us book a cab for our ride back to Tbilisi.

Nice and helpful staff, great views on the Caucasus from the terrace where one also gets the wonderful breakfast.

Classy hotel located close to the city center. We had room for four, very spacious. Friendly staff. Superb breakfast at the roof top. It is bit more expensive than regural Georgian B&B but you know what you are paying for.

We liked this place very much! Amazing customer service from the very first moment. Staff is always kind and accommodating. Great location-central part of the city and very nice neighborhood, fantastic view from the terrace and I have to mention, really delicious food and wine "Mareli".Generous and nicely served breakfast. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Telavi.

The location is very good，just nearby to the Palace of Erekle II. Room is very big and clean. Very good services from staffs. The hotel has a extremely comfort and beautiful terrace on the top, from the terrace you can enjoy marvelous views of the Alazani Valley and Caucasus Mountains. The breakfast on the terrace had a lot of choices and was very delicious. Perfect experiences!
