The location was absolutely fantastic - right across from the castle and fortress. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, and were a big help for me to arrange a driver for wine tasting. The breakfast was delicious and there were wonderful views from the 5th floor dining area. I esp loved having a sauna, pool and steam room. My room was nicely sized and the bed was very comfortable. Overall mainly quiet as well.

This could be a Georgia thing but half of the TV channels "available" were not available. Slightly annoying but certainly not a big deal - I very much loved staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near key attractions and restaurants, which made getting around very easy. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which added a nice touch to the stay. However, I do believe there’s room for improvement in cleanliness. While the room was decent overall, a more thorough cleaning would have made a big difference. Additionally, I had a less-than-ideal interaction with the housekeeping manager, whose attitude came off as dismissive when I raised concerns. I believe better communication and a more customer-focused approach in that department would really elevate the experience. Overall, it’s a good hotel in a great spot with wonderful staff at the front desk and restaurant.

Gigi the staff at the cafe on 5th floor needs to be protected and safeguarded as he has excellent communication skills and goes above and beyond his duties to fullfil guests requirements. Overall a pleasant property and helpful staff. Baggage handled smoothly without any issues. Breakfast spread was excellent Amazing view of the entire Telavi region from the cafe - we spent so much time in cafe with a view of Alazani valley

Holiday Inn is very conveniently located near the center of Telavi and there are plenty of restaurants and services within walking distance. Also, there are a lot of vineyards within 30min drive from the hotel. Hotel facilities are good, with a nice indoor pool, sauna and a small gym. There's also a small playroom with ping pong table. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Room has a good size for a couple, bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. There are sockets next to the bed which is convenient to charge portable devices. Also, it was quiet and the balcony had and amazing view to the mountains.

Breakfast could offer a bit more variety, but it's not bad and has the essential to start the day. Juices could be made of fresh fruit instead of cheap bottled ones.

This was my third time staying in this hotel, I was there by myself once in 2019, later that year I returned with my cousin, and in 2023 I came with my partner. The hotel remains in top shape, well-maintained and meticulously clean. The shower has the best water pressure ever! The reception team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They've upgraded us to the executive room free of charge which was a very pleasant surprise! We spent a nice romantic evening in the hotel's swimming pool and spa and later enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Telavi now offers a lot of creative stays, however I personally would always choose Telavi's Holiday inn for the amazing team that runs it!

Every aspect of our stay was very enjoyable!

We loved our spacious room and enjoyed the spa and swimming pool with view. Breakfast was also very good and divers. The lounch bar was very nice, however the wine was served a bit too warm.

We slept terribly since it was 26 degrees in the room, while the AC was turned on. Also the breakfast area was very warm in the morning. We were told that the AC was still turned off since it was in winter mode. I cannot believe that they are not turning on the AC while almost 30 degrees outside...

The hotel was well-located, comfortable, quiet with helpful staff. The bed was super comfortable. The Georgian restaurant on the first floor was good. The facilities at this hotel are excellent for the price point.

There was some construction so the fitness room was not in its normal place. Where it was (on first floor) was a little cramped and unorganized, but will be improved when construction is finished. The breakfast was so-so.

The only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 rating was that the bathroom smelled of sewage. We had called to complaint on the 1st night but honestly nothing had been done even the second day into our stay. It was quite annoying everytime we walked in and got a wiff of that unpleasant smell

I recently stayed at Holiday inn and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining a tidy and comfortable environment throughout my stay. While the pool was smaller than expected, the immaculate condition of the room more than made up for it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend for its impeccable cleanliness and friendly service.

Everything was excellent. The view is amazing, probably the best in Telavi. Cozy room with all amenities. I especially liked the presence of a bathtub. Very clean. There are SPA, pool, a steam room and sauna. included in the price of your stay, which is nice. Very nice breakfast with a view, I just couldn’t leave there. All attractions are right in front of the hotel

We went with the children to the pool - it was small and not very clean. didn't find a place to change clothes.
