The hotel is truly amazing – from the beautiful design to the excellent facilities. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

Unfortunately, the breakfast we purchased separately was a real disappointment. There was very little variety, and even the coffee was terrible. It’s a shame that such a beautiful hotel allows the breakfast experience to ruin the overall impression.

The breakfast was fantastic, catering to almost every taste and diet. The hotel’s decor is tasteful, and the atmosphere was peaceful during the week, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed every dish we tried at the restaurant, and the outdoor pool was very clean and pleasant.

The coffee at breakfast often ran out quickly and was sometimes hard to get. Some areas of the hotel felt slightly outdated (rusty fences, chipped wood). The location is a bit far from Telavi’s city center, with many stray dogs nearby, so a taxi is recommended. The indoor pool was dirty and full of mosquitoes, making it unusable.

All infrastructure is top notch. Rooms are clean and facilities are of the very high standard. Spa is good and I would definitely recommend masseuses. Breakfast is very good and restaurant in general is worth visiting. Having indoor pool is definitely an advantage

The hotel, facilities, pool, spa, restaurant is all new and nice, but service needs to be improved. Staff are polite but most of them lack the basic knowledge of service industry. Owners definitely have to invest in extra training for the staff. And location is not exactly perfect

We had a great stay at the hotel and really enjoyed the facilities, especially the sauna and the pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. A special thanks to Levon, who kindly showed us the wine cellar and guided us through a little wine tasting. The garden is also beautiful and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We’d definitely come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The breakfast was great - all you can wish for. Very nice rooms, and outdoor area with swimmingpool. Good food and drinks at good prices. A little distance from the citysenter, but can easily walk or take a taxi. Serviceminded staff. Can absolutely recomend!

Great design and decorations - the scenes of living in a palace. The indoor and outdoor pool area is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. Food is good and the room has enough room for a family of 4 (two little kids), the hotel is small and relatively quiet

The room requires a better cleaning. Not much to do in walking distance, small facility issues which were fixed quickly (elevator got stuck, the safe in the room does not work)

They upgraded our room for free, gave us the lux and it contained everything we needed. Breakfast included everything and it was very tasty. The restaurant menu and prices was very good. Inside pool and sauna exceeded my expectations - super clean and very beautiful space. And lastly, the staff is great - reception, waiters, managers were all very helpful. They even helped us with the car trouble. So it was 10/10 Super recommended 🩷

For this price, you basically get everything you expect - A cute cozy room (also a sofa would have been nice) with a balcony, polite staff, beautiful pool space, a decent breakfast. The Location is normal, it's close to the city of Telavi.

It's bit run down, needs some touching up. The restaurant (except breakfast) Also needs some touching up - for example they don't have decent tea, which was a bummer. Food is also not impressive, but decent.

During my recent stay, I found the experience to be good overall. The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The breakfast options were good. However, there were some issues that could be improved upon.

The shower in my room was broken and leaking, the room phone didn't work, and the conference room lacked proper equipment. These issues affected my overall experience negatively. However, the staff were responsive and tried to address the problems.
