We had such a lovely time at this hotel. The photos hardly do justice to how beautiful the location is, stunning views of the Caucasus in one direction and vineyards on all sides, well set back from the main road so really feels like you’re in the countryside. Also it is a small hotel (only 23 rooms) so doesn’t feel too busy. It is smart but not pretentious and felt really good value for money. The wine tasting was also great.

Minor points, but the pillow was a bit too thick and there seemed to be a bit of a shortage of pool towels

The Atmosphere is great and staff is very friendly and caring! If you are looking for quiet, comfortable getaway where quality exceeds its price, this is the place to go.

Food at the restaurant was delicious! The only callout is that we had breakfast a little late in the morning, so it would have been nice for some of the items in the buffet to be kept warm.

Beautiful estate, loved our spacious and very comfortable room. Enjoyed the balcony that looks out into the vineyards. Loved the hotel dogs, they walked with us in the mornings “escorting” us to breakfast hahaha! I already miss them.

Our second night, the rooms next door were EXTREMELY loud. Having a loud party like they booked the whole place. The evening staff did not seem to mind or care about other guests. By 1am I had to message the hotel on WhatsApp and here on Booking.Com and finally there was a bit of quiet.

Great mix of winery and hotel…nice tour and generous tasting by the owner (excellent english), picturesque estate, generous buffet breakfast, modern rooms with great views, swimming pool, well maintained hotel, restaurant on property with tasty espresso! location is central in Kakheti wine is delicious (winemaker is one of the best in Georgia)

nothing. the walk from hotel to winery/resto is 3 min. guess not great in winter. dogs are very friendly but might be an issue if you dont like them too close. here everyone is used to dogs :)

The place looks very nice, all like on the photos! It was quiet and relaxing, at some point we had the whole place for ourselves :) the breakfast is good and the swimming pool is a great addition for very hot days. The dinner at the restaurant was also very tasty

Some of the rooms are getting a bit used and there was only one pillow that was big (high), so had to sleep without it

Liked the dishes in the restaurant, but one time there was old eggplant, and they told us that it's OK.(but it was not OK actually) We liked atmosphere, clean room , the view. Comfortable bed , wine.

1) One day, there was a dirt pool, and they cleaned it only in the afternoon. 2) It does not matter for guests how many rooms are uccupied , the breakfast should be normal( the second day hotel was full and the breakfast was fine, too). I pay money for this, so let me get my service even if there is one room occupied.

Nicely built, great design, clean and beautiful. Truly amazing property!

I liked everything about the property, but lack of staff at the pool. There’s bar with no one at it. If someone is there - they would only bring drinks if you come and order. No one comes to pick up empty glasses or ask if you need anything else.

Balcony not clean, no real service at the pool (had to be requested all the time), no warm eggs during breakfast or pancakes.

It was cold and there was no blankets in the room. Reception number was off. Next day we asked for blankets and they said they would bring but did not, and there was no one in the reception to ask and number was still off. Also we stayed for thee days and they did not clean the room.

Everything was perfect. Staff were really nice and polite. Always helpful when we needed help. Wine tasting was great. Dogs at the hotel were amazing. Super friendly and cute. Territory of the hotel was specious. Highly recommend.
