The view from the top of the building is great. There is a small standing area in the front and back of the building at the top. The location of the hotel is great. It is right in the center of town, in a very wide plaza. It's a small town, where you are not far wherever you stay, but this is a great central location.

The bedroom looked "tired". It looked like maybe it was luxury quality at some point maybe, and certainly many websites online proclaim it as "luxury", but if it was, it has deteriorated fast, become worn and never refurbished, never updated or kept looking new. The rooms and beds did not meet my expectations of higher quality. It was fine, if you expect average quality for average level/class of accommodation (guest house, regular hotel, etc). I don't like a place that isn't meeting expectations of what it is supposed to be, so even though it was fine, i expected better quality, so i would not stay here again, and instead i would pick a guest house for less money that maybe had better quality and newer bedroom.

The Kabadoni Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing. Excellent location, very close to town and the city walls. Free parking directly outside. From the moment we checked in the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had room 209 that over looked the city and valley below, it was stunning. The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and had a lovely view also. Sighnaghi is a beautiful place to visit. I highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable hotel in the middle of Sighnaghi, our room was very big, with a small balcony with stunning views over the Alazani valley...unfortunately no furniture was provided to sit there. The beds are huge, but would be more comfortable with mattress toppers. Nice terrace to have breakfast if the weather is good, nice pool downstairs with a view over the valley as well.

The lighting was all fluorescent, which was a bit harsh. The mattresses could be upgraded, or provided with toppers. Apart from that, a great place to stay.

The hotel was so very pleasant for a long stay of four nights. The quality starts with an excellent staff eager to make one comfortable and offering great recommendations for activities in the area. Our large room was terrific, facing east onto the Alazani Valley with a gorgeous view of the heart of the old town and walls. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom well outfitted and huge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with custom items available to order and lots for vegetarians. The pool and spa were very pleasant to enjoy as well.

Seating in the room was limited, but staff brought an extra chair for us. Also the small gym consists of aerobic equipment with a set of weights, but you can work up a sweat while enjoying a great hilltop view.

The staff is very friendly. I absolutely love this hotel. I've been there many times. I especially love the pool and the dining area. They gave us a dessert "on the house" one evening. The piano player is also a great addition to evenings at the hotel.

The staff should communicate that cappuccinos and other coffee drinks cost a fee during breakfast. There are no signs showing the prices for these kind of things or where to even sit during these meal times. Coffee wasn't even an option during 1 breakfast unless you asked for it. Then I was charged for a cappuccino and was never told this before I ordered. These little things can be addressed with staff. Communication is key when speaking to guests of the hotel.

Lovely small hotel smack dab in the middle of town. Staff spoke excellent English. Great breakfast, and an easy walk to nearby grocery for any supplies you may want or need. Also nearby to bakeries and restaurants, historic sites and beautiful views of the country side.

The tourist busses arrived in the city around noon and stayed until around 5pm. They flock past the entry to the hotel - nothing that the hotel could do about it, but it causes congestion in front of the hotel.

Very beautiful view of the mountains, comfortable bed, the bathroom in the room is gorgeous! There is a sauna, pool and fitness room, which are included in the price of the room, the breakfast is awesome! The staff is amazing and very attentive! And by the way, they upgraded our room, for which we are very grateful (because we initially took a view of the city).

We came in autumn, so it was already chilly, the balcony door did not close well and therefore cold air was coming in all night. We had to sleep in a hat. The button for turning on the lamp near the table did not work. I would also like the hotel to write messages when booking that we are waiting for you and everything is fine, what time you will be, etc... In general, I would just like a welcome letter. Because I paid for the room immediately on Booking and I don’t know if my payment went through. Also for the cool time in the hotel room there is not kettle and tea bags with cups. I really didn't want to leave the room at night, but I would really like to drink something hot and warm up!

The hotel was located right in the center of Sighnaghi city, and it was possible to walk to all the sights. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The spa service was of high quality. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely customer-oriented, doing their best to assist guests. The breakfast variety was abundant and delicious. They prepared excellent desserts, and I especially enjoyed their cheesecakes. From 6:00 PM, there is live piano music. I recommend choosing this hotel for your travels.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a water heater in the room, but since there was direct room service from the hotel restaurant, it wasn't a major issue
