My little family ( wife, 8 months old son and i) had a wonderful time at Sighnaghi. The hotel is very cozy with comfortable beds and a great balcony view overlooking the mountains. The owner was very helpful and made our stay even more memorable with his resourcefulness. I need to mention this because I am ever so grateful to him for all the help he gave us. # we really wanted to go to the vineyards and experience the wine tasting which we could not so far and he arranged that for us. Which was so fulfilling. # on returning to our Hotel in Tbilisi my wife found that she had left her phone in the taxi. We called the owner and he made sure that the taxi brought our phone back. We are ever so thankful to both the owner and the taxi driver for their honesty and kindness. Words are not enough .. I just hope this review gives justice to the emotions I want to convey. Thank you so much.

First, owner is very warm and friendly upon our check-in, he gave great suggestions in dining. Hotel is in great location with good bakery, restaurant and cafe just around the corner. Balcony is sweet with good view. Room is spacious and very clean. Bed and mattress are comfortable too. Highly recommended for a night to enjoy Sighnaghi. P.S weather and view were good when we arrived but we didn’t take pictures. Photo of balcony shared here was taken the day we left which was rainy.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly and he speaks good English. He gave us good recommendations to explore around the area. He also provides pickup and drop off service to airport(It's chargeable). We stayed at Room(No.5) (Golden Age). The room is pretty big and comfortable. There's a balcony as well. You can smoke and chill there. The owner provides us with basic amenities such as toothbrush,toothpaste,shower gel,shampoo,coffee mugs,mini bar and hair dryer. We also had enough towels as well. He even provide us a wine opener. (That is top notch) The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The hotel is located in the centre of Sighnaghi so you can walk around to get to tourist attractions. You can ask breakfast if you want. The owner will arrange the breakfast from a small café beside the hotel. My favourite stay in Georgia so far. We are very happy with everything. Overall, we love everything about the hotel. Special thanks to the owner.🙌

The hotel is a small, well-maintained property in the very centre of Sighnaghi. The rooms vary by size and decoration. Ours, the "Bronze Age", was on the smaller side, but adequately equipped and clean. Importantly for July, the A/C was in good order and had a sleep mode. There is a shared balcony accessible via a common corridor looking towards the West. The administrators of the hotels were friendly and helpful, no issues with either check-in or check-out and a quick fix of the window that did not close properly when we came.

The room was quite small, with only one chair available. The balcony is shared and not available directly from the room, the noisy A/C unit is placed right next to the window, so it's either the conditioner or a nice atmosphere on the balcony, There is no breakfast area, but a pretty decent breakfast is available from 9 a.m. from a guesthouse two steps up the street.

Great location with friendly owner. Room was very big and clean and the owners helped us with finding our way to Kazbegi when our bolt taxi didn’t show up and we had no other way to get to Kazbegi on the day of checkout. Also a good breakfast is available in the cafe next door which can be arranged upon request.

The initial welcome (we arrived around 1pm and check in was at 2pm) didn’t feel very friendly. The way it was communicated to us felt a bit harsh and unfriendly. But once we arrived after having lunch and had an initial chat with the owner everything changed.

I liked the place, view from balcony was great. room was good, big, wide and clean. It was very hot day and air conditioner was the relief. There was tea and coffee corner in the room, so we could have one.

I can't say that I did not like this, but there was no chance to have breakfast. You should have ordered in advance to prepare something to eat. In the morning most of spots were closed, so we went to the restaurant to have our breakfast. That was no problem at all, meal in restaurants are superb. :)))

The host was absolutely charming and helpful, provided us with great recommendations for food, things to do, in and around sighnagi but also across Georgia. The room had a lovely terrasse with stunning views. Bed was wide and comfortable with perfect pillows and a comfortable shower. Rooms were quiet, we slept very well:-)

Great location, comfy room with good light, extra towels and blankets, fast check-in, very nice reception manager with warm and truly welcoming attitude. Hotel is cozy with beautiful balcony.

Smell in the bathroom, toilet wasn't really clean at the moment of our arrival, towels looked old (grey and holes), no cleaning on the 2nd day of our stay (even trash bins remained full). Probably, that's the usual thing for Signagi. Even it's not a huge problem, that surprised us a bit :)

The location is amazing! You'll be right in the centre of Sighnaghi and just a moment's walk from some incredible views, wineries and restaurants. The "Bronze Age" room was comfortable (if a little snug) and the bathroom was nicely decorated and very big. The balcony entrance is separate from the room and was shared with the room opposite us, though this was fine because it's a huge balcony with amazing views over the village and mountains. Friendly staff who were easily reachable and arranged a departure taxi for us with no fuss.

There wasn't anyone at the hotel when we arrived and had to wait 5-10 minutes for the friendly lady to come and let us in. An iron and ironing board would be a bonus. Though there is no space for breakfast in the hotel itself, setting up a partnership with a local cafe or restaurant for breakfast would be nice and could be included as an option to add on.

Great little hotel in the heart of the town! We received a very friendly welcome from Zviad, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!
