Value for money, clean big rooms. The house keeping was excellent.

Everyday we had to call for hot water issues , though it was attended and rectified immediately. Kitchen ware like a pan and a vessel is only provided if asked. Infact it should be kept ready as kitchen is of no use without it. Even washing liquid is provided only if asked these should be basic. Parking was usually full inside which is an issue, so had to park outside a couple of days. The staff had just one guy at reception who managed everything.

Staff are friendly and it is clean, with family room there is microwave and induction cooker, this is really important if we travel with kid. 24 hours open in reception, it is convenient if you arrive late or leave earlier. Big window in the room, i like it. and I like the bed.

it is a bit worn out. The toilet seat is not installed properly. one window could not close properly, we have to seal with towel or clothes in the night to keep warm in the room. Breakfast is good, but we are there for 1 week we expect there should be some change every day. It is kind of far away from the city center, not easy to access to shopping mall or restaurant. if you need visit nearby regularly, it is good to choose there, if you need go to city center, it is not recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Tbilisi! Although we weren’t sure about the location at first, it turned out to be exactly where we needed to be for a few days. To our surprise, we got a room with a balcony, which was a lovely bonus! The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are warm and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. All the necessary hygiene products were provided, and the beds were big and comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we’re thankful for the hospitality!

Amazing view, the hotel is impeccably clean, large room beautifully decorated and fully equipped, Fridge, washing machine, ironing, computer desk and working place. The facility includes Billiard room and beautiful garden. As to location, close to the american embassy and shopping mall with variety of brand name stores and restaurants.
