Very beautiful decorated lobby and property. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable, pool was super relaxing.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil spot in the hills of the black forest. The nearby town is small, but there are enough bars and restaurants to enjoy a short stay. It is very beautiful. The hotel itself it lovely, not modern but maintained to a high standard and has a very cosy feel. The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel pool is nice as was the sauna, again very clean.

The breakfast room was a little too busy at 'peak' time, but if feel bad saying this because the stay was very pleasurable.

The property is very easy to reach with the train. Very comfortable place and nice paths for long walks. In Winter there is so much snow!❄️ The staff were very friendly and helped with every question. The rooms were very cozy and had nice big balconies. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was very delicious and various.

It could be cleaner and the massages should be a more cheaper.

grey towels, not very soft. Had to request towels and bath ropes for the pool at reception, why not to provide it in the room straight away? only liquid soap and shampoo been available in the room, no conditioner or body lotion. no kettle in the room, expected kettle to be one of the basics of the hotel room. Steam room not been working but nobody mentioned it before our arrival.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just 2 minutes walking from the main square. The room was bright, having 2 walls of windows. The breakfast is very generous. The hotel also offers a nice pool, I recommend you to try it. The personnel is very nice and friendly.

The hotel parking is almost impossible to use (very steep and narrow - 99% chances to scratch your car). Also it was full when we arrived. I recommend you to ignore the parking from the beginning and park at Notariat Parking (5-6 minutes walking, right in the city center. It is not expensive.) The hotel also would need a little refurbishment in some areas. Moreover, in high season you might need to wait in order to get a seat for breakfast (very crowded).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew we were coming with a dog so they've already prepared food and water bowls. They even had a small treat for our fur baby. We thought that was really sweet. We loved the spa area and the pool. Unlike what others said, it was not too busy although the hotel was fully booked. There was plenty of room for everyone. The weather was also great so probably a lot of people were out and about. But altogether, we had a great time.

the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is tasty and you have good variety. The location is good and one cab reach the hiking points very easily. The pool and sauna area is open until 22:00

The parking. it is hard to find a place (the second night we had to park outside) and the spaces are very small. Some very unconsidered guests used 2 places, so even worst. The steam bath was not working during our stay with no explanation given.

Beautiful hotel with lots of great sitting areas (both indoors and outdoors). It also offered a wonderful breakfast buffet and the spa had a variety of wellness options available.

The rooms are small and don’t have a fan/ventilator (it was very hot when we were there). Also, the room did not have a small fridge.

The room was nice and had everything we needed. We had access to a balcony with a panoramic view and it was also extremely clean (as you expect in Germany). The pool and spa facilities were excellent too.

The hotel was very nice and Bad Herenalb is a very pretty village. Loved the fact we got free use of the public transport, which enabled us to go to Baden Baden and Karlsrhu without worrying about parking.
