The location was fantastic—right next to the Kurpark and just 200 meters from the town center. The suite and panoramic views were spot on. The hotel features beautiful decor, stylish interiors, and a lovely garden.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable at times. Breakfast can feel a bit chaotic during peak hours due to the crowd, and the staff seemed slightly overwhelmed. The hand soap in the room wasn’t refilled during our stay. The wellness area—especially the pool and sauna—could really use better changing room and shower facilities.

Very beautiful decorated lobby and property. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable, pool was super relaxing.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil spot in the hills of the black forest. The nearby town is small, but there are enough bars and restaurants to enjoy a short stay. It is very beautiful. The hotel itself it lovely, not modern but maintained to a high standard and has a very cosy feel. The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel pool is nice as was the sauna, again very clean.

The breakfast room was a little too busy at 'peak' time, but if feel bad saying this because the stay was very pleasurable.

The property is very easy to reach with the train. Very comfortable place and nice paths for long walks. In Winter there is so much snow!❄️ The staff were very friendly and helped with every question. The rooms were very cozy and had nice big balconies. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was very delicious and various.

It could be cleaner and the massages should be a more cheaper.

Location was excellent, Premises was super-clean Facilities like the swimming pool were a big plus.

Breakfast could have had more options, Missed a small refrigerator in the room.

Clean spacious rooms. Helpful staff. The barman made really good Aperols.

We had a room above the kitchen, noisy and you smelled oil from cooking in the room.

grey towels, not very soft. Had to request towels and bath ropes for the pool at reception, why not to provide it in the room straight away? only liquid soap and shampoo been available in the room, no conditioner or body lotion. no kettle in the room, expected kettle to be one of the basics of the hotel room. Steam room not been working but nobody mentioned it before our arrival.

Great room for a one night stay. Clean and Tidy hotel with no issues. Nice bar and outside area. Breakfast was great the following morning.

The room was nice and had everything we needed. We had access to a balcony with a panoramic view and it was also extremely clean (as you expect in Germany). The pool and spa facilities were excellent too.
