Very clean and comfortable hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked the location a lot, walking distance from the old center of the town. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. There is a bus line going to Baden-Baden close to the hotel (and you get a free-pass for public transport from the hotel). Good places for hiking are driving distance away, either by car or by bus.
Breakfast was ok, but very limited vegan options. We got some vegan additions from the supermarket though, making the breakfast more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and nice.
No staff after 1800. If my email failed (which it did 3 days later), we would not be able to access our room.

The apartment was big, airy and spotlessly clean! It also had a nice (not fenced) terrace. Perfect place for both us and our three dogs! Breakfast was delicious! Located within walking distance to the Old Town. Gernsbach is definitely worth a visit and we would love to stay here again!

The staff was super friendly and they even allowed us to check-in a bit earlier. The room was spacious and there was a big balcony. On the bed there was a robe and shoes. There was a nice selection of items for breakfast and an easy parking space in front of the hotel.

We had an apartment and it had everything. Good space, good balcony and overall very comfortable. Better still, all the staff were great - very friendly and helpful

Excellent breakfast Added unexpected bonus was how pretty Gernsbach Town is. Really easy short stroll away. Staff rang with key retrieval instructions beforehand. On arrival another member of staff checked we were OK..
As others have commented its a bit sterile. White box like room. Neighbouring residential area restricts privacy.
