It’s modern, clean, right in the middle of downtown, around the corner there are 2 great SPA facilities, although it’s tiny, but it has everything what is needed for a short stay (if you don’t plan to cook something), very nice surprise was that there were 2 umbrellas in the room left for us to use, which was very convenient as it was raining one day, also nice feature self check-in (what the title already tells you), no need to disturb people if you arrive late or leave early, overall - much recommended place to stay in the oldtown of Baden-Baden 🙂

There’s no elevator, so something to keep in mind if you come with big luggages 😉

This hotel was so close to the two famous spas and the bedroom was super comfortable and loved that the huge TV could be manoeuvred so you could watch it comfortably in bed. And loved the little extra inclusions like tea. Slept really well the night I stayed here!

The tourist tax was a bit of a nightmare for me. Since there is no staff, you can't pay in cash unless you have exact change (and the tourist tax is always a finicky amount). They did give the option to pay with PayPal but given PayPal uses 2-factor authentication now, I couldn't use this method either because I had to verify with a code sent to my home mobile number, which I didn't have access to overseas. I had to run across town trying to buy something to get exact change to put in the envelope. I wish they would just include the tourist tax in the reservation fee. It would be infinitely easier for people.

We stayed at The Addams hotel for 5 days and it completely met all our expectations. Check-in process was easy as we recieved an email with all needed information. Was quite nice to have a number of booklets with the touristy information in the room. Overall the room was clean, spacious and the location is in the town centre, so I would reccomend it to other travellers.

The location was easy to find and was right in the city center. Room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I met a worker of the facility only once and she was really friendly and helpful.

The room was cleaned, but some spots were forgotten (lamp over the bed was super dusty for example). The bed is a bit problematic for me, because it had textile sides/headboard, which sure you can vacuum for cleaning, but in the end it still won’t be fully clean. Also you can’t vacuum/wash under it. For hygiene reasons would recommend to consider changing them in the future. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you and on the street. For light sleepers would recommend earplugs.

One of the most lovely hotel I’ve been, perfect location and modern interior, even the small room is lovely. Stayed here for one night and immediately decided to come back one day after, will always choose this hotel when traveling to Baden-Baden, also extremely kind and helpful staff.

There’s no lift inside the hotel but that’s the only fault in my opinion, slightly hidden location as well but it’s quiet.

The location was great. We got a little bit lost looking for the entrance but other than that check in was a breeze and the instructions were pretty clear. The room was extremely nice and clean. The tv was great, we loved that there was a fridge. It was a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

The floor wasn't totally clean but everything else waa great.

It was terrible find so you need to put some useful information on booking.com. The taxi driver could not find it even though I had walked nearby. She charged me $14 which was so unfair do I was only one street away. The hotel needs to put a sign where it can be seen. Call me if you want me to discuss this further. The room was fantastic. I could have purchased everything in the room. Whoever styled these rooms did an outstanding job. I slept well and had a good shower. The tea was delicious. I absolutely have to come back and stay for a longer period. Well done.

Shockingly hard to find especially after a 25 hour journey from New Zealand. There was no envelope to put the tax money in so I have taken the form to pay it when I get back to NZ

Super stylish, thoughtful space. I loved my two nights here. Great bed, shower, towels, soaps etc. AC. High quality coffee and tea too, and a small refrigerator. Location is excellent, on the edge of the old town but very quiet. Handy to everything, especially the thermal baths. Looking forward to visiting again!

The hotel is located in a wonderful area. It's very quiet at night. The room was spacious and clean. I really liked the self-check-in; there were no issues with it at all. There is no breakfast, but it's very easy to stop by a café or bakery on your way out. The internet speed was good.

The bathroom was somewhat small and dark, it could have used a bit more bright lighting. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Very cute, tiny 7 room hotel fully automated. the interior design is inspiring. Though the room is not big it has everything you might need. We liked checking in and out on our own. LOCATION - if you were to pinpoint the best location for holiday in BAden it would probably be exactly here. both major Spa's are accross the street you are located right at the end of the main old city walking street the Kurhouse (casino) area is 10 min walk

as this property is in the old city there is no car access. you will need to carry your luggage over. they propose 2 parking options. the free parking is about 15 min walk away going steaply downhill (and uphill on the way up). there is a garage about 5 min easy wolk away.
