The HelioPark bad Hotel zum Hirsch is a wonderful place to stay if you want to feel pampered and still be in a perfect place to take in The Healing Waters of Baden Baden. The room was opulent, and the balcony was large. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was enormous and we loved the added benefit of being able to soak in the therapeutic water that was given as an option to fill the tub with. The staff was professional, and engaging, and helped with things that they weren't even asked to help with. My husband and I arrived at 9:30 at night, and rather than having a steak our luggage up to our room, Ingolf was kind enough to store it in the lobby room so we could get dinner before the restaurants closed. Our state couldn't have been better and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was literally nothing we didn't like about our stay, or the hotel, or the people who ran it.

Elegant historical hotel right in the center of the town. This is the oldest hotel in Baden-Baden, a lot of history behind and nice elegant fleur. Elegant Princess style Suits. Hotel is connected with Thermal water source, so you can have thermal bath right in your room. Breakfasts were god. Very friendly and professional staff.

Hotel needs some renovation. I like historical hotels, but old carpets with stains spoil the impression. Bed was not comfortable, mattress too old and soft. Breakfast room too little and not very cozy. But in general I liked the hotel,

Location is great and very near bus stops for the main train station. Very pretty area, sitting on balcony was nice, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, limited selections of pastries but rest is OK.

It's very aged so looks raggy. So to do hair in mirror in bedroom there is no plug, for example as back in 1952 when it last saw a lock of paint, wasn't a need for plugs.

The hotel location is literally central, in the pedestrian zone and close to restaurants and shipping. It is elegantly appointed when th luxurious carpet. The bathroom was spacious and included a huge bathtub with the option to use mineral spa water.

This is not a problem of the hotel but just know that parking is a challenge. We were able to park in a parking garage near by and after unloading our luggage in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was lovely, there was so much choice. The spa facility was excellent which was included in the price of the room too

The decor and furniture was quite dated and some furniture had quite a lot of marks from use (wear and tear). The room was small for superior, I’d be curious to know what the standard room is like.

It's very enjoyable hotel! The staff at reception and in restaurant are professional, helpful and friendly! The bed is very comfortable! I wish I could take it home)) Delightful breakfast with a glass of sparkling. Location is perfect with walkable distance to all the main attractions.

It would be nice to have a kettle and tea in the room like in the most European's hotel.

Spa water pumped straight to your bathroom. So you could have your own spa free of charge. There is definitely something good about the spa water, too. I felt amazing after a soak in it. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town, with a great breakfast bar too. Recommended.

No parking, so you have to park in the car park along the street. 30 Euros overnight.

Perfect location, brilliant view from the balcony ,old fashioned decoration, friendly staff, rich and good-tasted breakfast.

The curtains may need to be updated, the light could not be fully covered therefore may cause uncomfortable to those feeling sensitive to the lights.

Exceptionally unique hotel with a lot of charm and facilities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Baden-Baden. Location, comfort, service, cleanliness. All perfect.

We were on the 5th floor and the ceilings were a bit low.

Beautiful room decorated with antique style furniture, good amount of space. Great buffet-type breakfast. Staff was very friendly and the location is excellent: it's practically in the old centre, in a quiet corner and buss stop is near to reach the railway station. The hotel spa was even better than we excepted!

The thermal water tap in the room didn't work, but that wasn't a big problem for us.
