Great location 3 min walk to thermal baths. Comfortable extra large double bed - best night’s sleep of our trip! Friendly helpful staff. Secure underneath hotel cheaper than local garage though spaces limited. Short walk to great restaurants and bars. We love Leo’s bar and La Casserole restaurant. Fridge in room.

Steps up to reception. Decor and bathroom a bit dated. Would have liked a kettle. But vfm more than compensates for these minor points.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious — perfect for three people — and the large terrace was an excellent bonus. The room itself was elegant, with comfortable beds, clean linens, and great pillows. The facilities were solid, including air conditioning (if needed) and a mini fridge. One small suggestion: it would have been nice if water was offered complimentary by the hotel rather than charged. The bathroom, while clean, could really use some updates to meet 2025 standards — that’s our only real comment. The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient parking. When their own spaces were full, they offered good nearby alternatives. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would recommend!

The bathroom - it is outdated and very small.

The location is terrific, and the value for a place to stay in Baden-Baden was excellent. The staff was friendly, the place was clean. The only reason it doesn't get higher marks, is the quality of some of the furnishings, but that is also why they don't charge more money. The curtains are vinyl, not off gassing, but touching them does remind one that we are staying in budget hotel. Otherwise everything is well maintained and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, the hotel is probably originally built from the 70's. The bathrooms had real marble and I even had a little balcony. With the windows open at night, it was noisy until midnight, as it is on a main street. But this also means accessibility is very good, and especially to the bus to the bahnhof. The breakfast was nice. And they accommodated my request for allergen free pillows and duvet : )

We were in a two bedroom suite, as we were a group of 3 adults and 1 teenager child. The size of the apartment took us by surprise. It was massive, and had fabulous views of the old city center area. There was lots of light, great ventilation and overall comfortable. We requested for a kettle and were provided one promptly. The proximity to city center was fabulous, and the parking was a few meters away. Staff at front desk was helpful. There were umbrellas we could borrow from the front desk. Check in was smooth.

1. Wish there were toiletries provided in the washroom, and a house phone to contact reception. Had to trek up and down every time. 2. The internet was erratic all through our stay, and signal strength quite weak.

Excellent location, one block from Baden Baden's main attraction, the Friederishbad thermal bath. Large and quiet room. Good breakfast with yogurt, cold bread, fruit, etc. Excellent and attentive staff. The mattress is firm but not hard.

Small pillows. I really like the hotel and have stayed there before. Maybe I didn't notice the problem because the weather wasn't hot. But now it was hot and the room didn't have air conditioning, just a fan. The weather is changing and it's getting hotter. The hotel should adapt and add air conditioning because just a fan isn't enough.

Hotel Quellenhof in Baden-Baden was a heavenly retreat. The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of town. Staff and service were exceptional, making the stay truly special. Every moment spent there was simply unforgettable. The charm of Baden-Baden paired perfectly with the hotel’s elegance. Already dreaming of my next visit!

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like during my stay. Every detail was thoughtfully handled with care and grace. From the cozy rooms to the flawless service, it was perfect. A truly seamless experience from start to finish.

The hotel location was fantastic. Everything we needed was within either a very easy walk, or at least a comfortable walk. The staff were just so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious compared with so many other hotels. Having a settee and chairs added to the feeling of space. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast afforded us plenty of tasty options.

Our only issue was the mini fridge was not on, meaning we couldn't keep anything cold in our room.

Great location- close to the Friedrichsbad Spa. The room was clean and very large. Breakfast buffet was very good with many things to choose from, however, it was a bit pricy.

There was parking available in the underground parking garage, but the spots were very small. We had a compact SUV, but it was very difficult to park, especially in spaces next to larger vehicles. It was quite hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. Fans were provided, but still a bit uncomfortable.

I booked this hotel after a change in itinerary as our other hotel was not available for our dates. Thank God! This location and the staff are fabulous. They upgraded our room to a wonderful balcony room with the most comfortable bed yet- Achmed (sorry about the spelling!) was our go-to guy. And I'm not even sure he went over and above - he was just attentive and welcoming. We needed our train tickets printed for the night train, and he made it happen. We ate at the restaurant Zamu - best Thai coconut soup ever! - and used most of the facilities. Exceptional. We could walk to anything and everything we needed to. Upon discovering Baden-Baden we did see the hotel we originally booked and commented that Hotel Quellenhof was a much better property for location and vibe. A 2 minute walk to the spa?? Hells yes! Don't look any further for a great place in Baden-Baden- Hotel Quellenhof is it!

The hotel is in the very center of the city, the girl who was working at the desk was so kind, she let us enter the room 3h earlier, and offered us a baby cot free of charge. There's also a free luggage room. Everything was clean and neat, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had hot water and toiletries. We loved our stay in the hotel.

Not a big deal, but a kettler would be a good addition to the room, and a fridge.
