Everything about the apartment was perfect, even though it required climbing stairs to the third floor, which wasn't a problem for us. We've come to expect such staircases in older buildings during our travels in Europe, anyway. The apartment was thoughtfully designed, and the mini kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for us who enjoy cooking even while traveling. The bathroom was a highlight, feeling luxurious with its spaciousness and well-equipped amenities. Additionally, the location was ideal, situated right in the city center.

For road trip travelers, the lack of onsite parking could be a concern. Fortunately, Maximillian suggested alternative parking options. However, perhaps due to Baden-Baden being a resort city, these parking fees were quite high. There's a recommended free parking space, but after evaluating the location, we were hesitant to use it.

Boutique Charme Apartments, specially our flat Lorena was spacious, with nice furniture, very clean. I like very much the small balcony, where we could drink our morning coffee with my husband. We listened to the church bells, we could watch how the city fall asleep and wake up. It is in the top city center, all shops and nice restaurants are around. Very convinient location. Very nice host Maximilian. He allowed us to check in earlier and to check 1 hour later, it was possible. There is an option to store your luggage in 3 min walking distance, in their office. So, all services are included. We always stay in hotels in Baden-Baden till now, but next time we will choose Maximilian's apartment.

- The location is excellent, right in the pedestrian street near everything. - The place is very clean and spacious. - The kitchen contains all the utensils that you might need. - The studio is nicely decorated.

The only thing I didn't like about this wonderful place is the squeaking floor. It's made of natural wood and looks marvelous, but it simply squeaks whenever you walk over it.

The appartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and the location was amazing. Many attractions around, shops , malls, cafés and restaurants.

The parking is near by costs €30 per day and the free parking that was mentioned was extremely far away.The tax that we had to pay on spot in the appartment was something I didn't notice when booking and I think it should be added to the booking fees in the first place so we could be aware of it.

Great location in the centre of Baden-Baden, close to bus stops and restaurants. The two bedrooms were quiet, any street noise did not disturb sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was roomy with a lovely large shower. The flat was very clean throughout with a large lounge/dining room to relax in.

The only issue we had with the flat is the location of the bathroom. There is no direct access to the bathroom from one of the bedrooms without walking through the second bedroom. This could be a problem if someone needs the bathroom at night, although the bathroom could also be reached by exiting the apartment and using the external door to the bathroom.

Large, bright and comfortable 2nd floor apartment conveniently located in the main pedestrian-only street of the old town. Nice living room and nicely furnished. Huge bathroom.

A little bit of noise from the pedestrians walking in the mall outside. The door to the balcony which overlooked the mall didn’t close well unless you lifted and closed it properly, so this was letting in some extra noise that could have been avoided. The washing machine was listed as being in the kitchen but it was really in the basement, so not so convenient. No lift, so had to carry the bags up 2 floors. Difficult to locate the public paid parking that the owner had given as an option. We had to ask the local Tourist Office where it was located. Expensive as well at EUR25/day.

Location was perfectly central in Baden Baden, in the pedestrian zone, an easy walk to most amenities and central sights, plenty of restaurants & bars nearby. There were several secure carparks within a 5-10 minute walk (daily rate €15-20). The room overlooked the pedestrian shopping area, yet there was no noticeable street noise at night or in the morning. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, decor was tasteful, stylish and elegantly understated. The bed was very comfortable, and so were were the big armchairs. The wifi was great. The key code system worked really well for our self-check in, but Maximillian was easy to contact & responsive by text or WhatsApp when we had any questions.

Everything was so super and defenetly will come again! Clean, stylish and cozy. The apartement was very good size for 2. Location 100%, space and small details where very nice. Maybe a iron would have been nice, as Baden Baden had so nice places to visit. Otherwise we LOVED the place, so thank you <3

Beautifully decorated apartment in central Baden Baden. Location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to the Thermal Spas. Beds were so comfortable, and it was a lovely place to relax.

Not a problem for us, but you have to walk through a bedroom to get to a shared bathroom, which was beautiful, could be a problem if you aren’t completely comfortable with the other couple.

Pillows aren’t great, but more were provided upon request. 2 long flights of stairs to “Lorena”. Keypad malfunctioned but request for assistance was quickly available.
