l've stayed in this hotel many times and I once again second every word of my previous reviews, this hotel is absolutely and without a doubt designed for anyone to have absolutely the best travel experience ever! I was happy to be back and enjoy another stay in an immaculately kept - extremely spacious - room, all amenities provided. A very cosy and comfortable Kingsize bed gives you an extremely good night sleep. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was and is impressive to say the least, starting with your own bathroom as well as the rest of the premises. The room-service is also top-notch!!! This is a place where you can see a team at work and all ready to go the extra mile to make a visitor welcome in every single way. Top marks all round and I will certainly recommend this hotel again and again. Value for money is excellent!!! Fantastic stay overall and I look forward to stay here again next March!

Facilities, food and staff excellent

Impossible to drive up to the actual hotel because of road works and pedestrian zone . Apparently this is a known issue

the room was nice with a nice view from our balcony. the service is superb and the spa area is amazing.

I didnt like the political painting in my room - I find it totally unnecessary to hang on the wall paintings about communism, kremlin, lenin etc among all possible alternatives! and in the political context today it is also inadequate. hang there a picture of mountains or palaces. Baden-Baden has nothing to do with lenin or kremlin. this is just an indicator of a very bad taste.

The location could not be better, right next to the Christmas market, where you can enjoy a great variety of food and drinks. Other local attractions and restaurants are in short walking distance. The room and the bathroom was generously sized. Staying at the hotel was a wonderful holiday experience.

It was not obvious how to book restaurant for Christmas dinner prior to arrival. On arrival, it turned out that the restaurant is fully booked. It was a disappointment that there were no availability for dinner during our stay. One would think that the hotel guests should have priority for the hotel restaurant booking.

It’s a wonderful area for walking and exploring, but getting to the hotel by car can be challenging. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel itself is incredible—full of history and perfectly located near the casino and the heart of town. With fantastic restaurants and attractions just a five-minute walk away, it’s an amazing spot to stay.

A more direct route to the hotel is needed, as the current roads require long detours or pass through residential areas. Additionally, the parking lot lacks clear signage for the hotel entrance, while the casino is well-marked. Although there is designated handicapped parking, there is no easy access to the hotel, requiring a long route through the main vehicle entrance. Improved signage would make navigation much easier. Additionally, the night menu could benefit from a few simple options, such as a light soup or sandwich, for guests who may be feeling unwell. A club sandwich or chicken noodle soup would be a great addition, especially since the rich food in Baden-Baden can sometimes lead to an upset stomach.

Excellent clean hotel with lovely location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, theatre, park etc. Own carage under the hotel with easy access to reception. Excellent matresses. Very, very quiet rooms. Staff was superb from start to finish. Excellent breakfast with large selection of foods, fruit, eggs prepared to your choice, teas, coffees & sparkling wine to start the day. Lovely spa. Highly recomend to book your stay with spa access and breakfast. You won't regret it.

Great location, central, everything in walking distance. Calmst night! We were in the 4th floor and the view was fantastic towards the town. The breakfast was 5 star!!! Never had such a variety of dishes!! We only had breakfast and then dinner- that was enough to keep us going. A friend came to share a cappuccino with us at breakfast. I wanted to pay for it and the reception but they offered it👍.

The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t seem to work. The door into the sauna was damaged and made a lot of noise which is very unpleasant when you try to relax.

Very nice, spacious and clean room. Awesome location. Parking garage direclty under the hotel. Good wellness/Spa options. Big breakfast with lots of fresh amd healthy options.

Parking is very expensive. 30€ per day. The hotel bar is very sub-standard for a 5 Star hotel. Bed was way to soft for my liking. Breakfast gets very busy and loud ant peak times. Would have hoped for ab bit more vegan options at breakfast - like vegan yoghurt. Allergens were not listet at breakfast.

Perfect location, right across the street from Christmas Market, the Casino, and a short walk to downtown shops

The wooden floor in the bar was in very bad shape, needs to be replaced or scrubbed and shined The red carpet right outside the restaurant was filthy dirty. Needs to be replaced ASAP The above 2 things lower considerably the level of the hotel making it look like a 2-3 star hotel, although the rest make it look like a 4-5 star hotel. The lobby is also relatively very small for such a big hotel

We come to Baden-Baden quite often, as we love the city and the surroundings, and this hotel is our favourite one. We tried others (Aqua Aurelia is also amazing, no complaints neither), but this was the first one we tried and we loved it from the start, so we already stayed here a few times already. We always feel great here, the staff is so professional whilst being welcoming, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, the bathroom products of awesome quality, and the breakfast buffet is to die for (and it's open until 11h30, which is rare nowadays. The first time we were here it was until 12h00, but since they also serve lunches there, I believe they changed the time schedule). Also, there's a huge parking lot nearby and you're just a few steps away from the casino, the city centre and the beautiful walk by the river. It's a wonderful hotel and it always sparks joy coming back here ❤️
