the guesthouse was really clean and practical. The rooms are cozy and the location is fantastic. it's right outside the bus stops that have links to axlot of places in Baden Baden and really easy to navigate. we went specifically for the Christmas market and it was on the doorstep also close to the spas.

it's no so much I didn't l didn't like, I just think more effort could be made at breakfast, it was sparce and not a lot to eat for me who is gluten free, even though I did msg them in advance and got a short email back to say itsxwhat ever it is on the day, I think a little more effort could be made when they know

Great location a few minutes walk from all the main sights and close to bus terminus with many lines. Central but quiet area in the evenings and felt safe. I saw some people complain the rooms are small but for a single the room was a very good size, nice to have AC and a fridge in the room too. All clean and well kept. Breakfast was as expected, good range and many places. Good value for the area.

Staff were friendly but seemed to lack some information.

This hotel was one of the best and cutest little hotels we have stayed in while traveling in Bavaria. The hotel staff was so kind and willing to share information about the area. The breakfast was very good and had a nice little variety. The room was so clean and only a 10 minute walk to the city center and the Spa.

The location of the hotel was very good. The room was also beautiful, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well - a lot of options and tasty.

It was very noisy in the morning - basically I could hear everything what was going on in the next room - talking, showering etc.

Location was very good, easy walk to most places in town and buses/bus-stops were just a minute's walk away in Augusta Plaza. Staff was helpful about getting to accommodation and how to obtain key in case I arrived late at night. Breakfast was tasty and staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately, the last bus's departure time from the railway station was not stated and I paid a lot of money getting to accommodation by taxi as the train was late The taxi driver did not know the town well and took a long route via the tunnel to get there. Not the staff's fault really. But it would be helpful to know last bus's time from railway station. Otherwise, I had a wonderful time in Baden Baden.

Room was sweet nice and clean. The staff was nice and polite and helped us with our questions. The hotel is literally in the city center and 5 minutes on walk from everything. The breakfast was delicious and huge. Totally value for money if any compares to other prices in city.

Room was a bit small but that was not that problem for us cause we needed the room for a night. The problem was that there was no heat at night that we got back to sleep. It wasn't so cold but still thats a bit problem that we werent informed about.

Breakfast staff was very friendly. Location was good to walk around the centrum. It was clean and taken care of. Warm in the room despite central air but they included fans. Good breakfast!

Reception staff was a bit rude. Upon checking in, he looked at us like we were idiots. I told him we were checking in. He finished nicer than it began thankfully. We forgot a brush and asked the desk if they had one (in the booklet it stated they had brushes and toothbrushes), she told me to walk to the store 10 min away. I didn't even bother telling her it was in the booklet. The bar located by our room is open til 0700. Kept me up most of the night with slamming doors and loud conversations.

The location is great if you're using the public buses. The breakfast is excellent and offers a lot of variety.

The buildings are quite close together and you will get noise from nearby hotels. There really isn't a view from the windows.

had complimentary tea and sugar but no coffee as a coffee drinker was disappointed and nor enough milks

The location is excellent, the room was clean and the hotel offers a good breakfast. I wish there was more information about local public transport and a bit stronger wifi signal.
