the guesthouse was really clean and practical. The rooms are cozy and the location is fantastic. it's right outside the bus stops that have links to axlot of places in Baden Baden and really easy to navigate. we went specifically for the Christmas market and it was on the doorstep also close to the spas.

it's no so much I didn't l didn't like, I just think more effort could be made at breakfast, it was sparce and not a lot to eat for me who is gluten free, even though I did msg them in advance and got a short email back to say itsxwhat ever it is on the day, I think a little more effort could be made when they know

Great location a few minutes walk from all the main sights and close to bus terminus with many lines. Central but quiet area in the evenings and felt safe. I saw some people complain the rooms are small but for a single the room was a very good size, nice to have AC and a fridge in the room too. All clean and well kept. Breakfast was as expected, good range and many places. Good value for the area.

Staff were friendly but seemed to lack some information.

Lovely hotel, had room in main building and stairs really not an issue for us. About eight steps to get up to reception. Main building has a lift but we were on second floor and was an easy walk up and down too. Breakfast has a simple but nice choice, rooms were comfortable and we even had a balcony and tea / coffee facilities. Air con worked really well.

The hotel was just in the city center, close to the old town and Lichtentaler Allee. The staff was also very friendly. Room clean and quite spacious.

There was no lift, so it was a bit hard to carry on the heavy luggage by the winding stairs. Also shampoo/body cream was too small and not enough even for one time shower.

Almost everything. Advance communication was good, and when I arrived to drop off my luggage, I was permitted an early check-in.

Walls are thin and things can get noisy. As others have reported, unit was in a separate building, and you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

This hotel was one of the best and cutest little hotels we have stayed in while traveling in Bavaria. The hotel staff was so kind and willing to share information about the area. The breakfast was very good and had a nice little variety. The room was so clean and only a 10 minute walk to the city center and the Spa.

The location of the hotel was very good. The room was also beautiful, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well - a lot of options and tasty.

It was very noisy in the morning - basically I could hear everything what was going on in the next room - talking, showering etc.

Very hot in the room but they did provide a fan. Staff processed us but to be fair not sure he spoke much English and we had limited French.

The location is great if you're using the public buses. The breakfast is excellent and offers a lot of variety.

The buildings are quite close together and you will get noise from nearby hotels. There really isn't a view from the windows.

Room was sweet nice and clean. The staff was nice and polite and helped us with our questions. The hotel is literally in the city center and 5 minutes on walk from everything. The breakfast was delicious and huge. Totally value for money if any compares to other prices in city.

Room was a bit small but that was not that problem for us cause we needed the room for a night. The problem was that there was no heat at night that we got back to sleep. It wasn't so cold but still thats a bit problem that we werent informed about.
