Very centrally placed in old town, big enough for 4 people, lots of amenities (appreciate the washing machine in the bathroom). Apartment is also very quiet as in a small street near the main church Host was very amicable and appreciate the parking ticket for the car (for an additional fee). Parking is about 3-5mn walk from the property itself

The location is great, one can walk anywhere. The apartment was clean and had all the minimal amenities. It was one of the best options in this price range, everything was fine. Even with 30+ degrees it was bearable inside.

People were speaking and smoking under the hotel, so sometimes it could get loud. But generally, I would recommend this option.

Location was great. The room offered a couch and a table which was very convenient since I had to work during our stay. It also had kitchen and basic kitchen utensils. The room size was also ok for short stays.

Since the apartment is on ground floor and right on the street it has some street noise and passers by that can see right into the room.

Very friendly welcome in reception. Very clean, quite spacious, had most things you would need in the kitchen (lacking a sponge to wash up). Perfect location in Baden-Baden, close to everything and some good bakeries for breakfast!

Nothing really, a few noisy people in the street outside during the night but nothing that disturbed once I was asleep.

Location was great. Central to everything. Gena was extremely communicative and helpful. He printed boarding passes for us and also got us a taxi to the airport. The blinds were excellent to keep the rooms dark.

The space is somewhat cramped for traveling with more than just a couple. There isn't a door on the bedroom, so there wasn't a lot of privacy between my husband and I in the bedroom and his brother sleeping on the couch.

Fantastic location, near restaurants, public transportation, and all other main attractions in city. Flat was very clean every corner was cleaned and looked taken care of same with towels and sheets. Good communication with host. I would come back any time.

Having maybe welcome complimentary coffee and tea in flat for guests would be nice touch ….

The property is in an excellent location, right in the middle of town. The busses and a supermarket are about 50m away. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.There is no traffic noise. We enjoyed walking the Panoramaweg.

The apartment we were in is on the second floor and the stairs are quite steep for carrying your luggage up and down.

Public parking garage did not allow motorcycle parking so there were just street parking. The host let us park the motorcycle infront of the building but I didn’t feel safe with it there but it was all okay after the night.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk away. While parking is available for an extra fee, the convenience of the location more than makes up for it. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Both the city and the apartment are beautiful—highly recommended

Fantastic location in the centre of Baden Baden, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen facilities were good. It was also excellent value for money in a very expensive location. Would visit again.

We were there in autumn, but there is no air conditioning which could be a problem in the summer. Steep stairs to the room. Very close to adjacent buildings so if there is noise in those buildings it can be heard. Decor a little dated.
