Thé location is very good in the middle of the town. (Near the casino side) There are many restaurants open until late so it is useful and safe even for a woman waking alone. From the room, I could not hear the noise of the restaurants, if the window is closed.

The building is traditional. But the room is tidy and clean. The breakfast was basic but the lady who served me was kind and the price is very cheap! The elevator was in maintenance so we needed to go outside to take another elevator.( until mid or end of October I suppose?)

Great central location in the town. This is my 3rd time in this hotel. We were in the circular room with a balcony on the 2nd floor. Beautiful room, lots of space. Great bathroom off to one side with a two person bath, double sinks and a lovely shower. Hotel is spotless as usual and a great breakfast in the breakfast room. Staff are wonderful too, especially the lovely cleaning ladies! Will be staying here again!

The hotel was personal. The reception and manager was affable and courteous. It is a hotel, but felt like home. This was so during breakfast. The basics done well: Warm rolls. Fresh fruit. Good coffee. And the same with Housekeeping: Everything spotless and replenished upon one's return. The house has historic features, such as the old school central elevator and a spiral staircase. The art on the walls represents the town and area well. Why aspire to faux grandeur when there is an authentic option, such as Haus Reichert. The hotel does not have the bells and whistles that other hotels in the town may have, such as their own spa and sauna, restaurant etc. But Baden Baden has two of the best spas in the world and there are some wonderful restaurants and cafes literally just outside. You need a quiet and clean and secure room, comfortable bed and a simple breakfast with welcoming hosts and you get all that Haus Reichert. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Baden Baden. I intend to return for both the horse racing and the spas. When I do, I look forward to staying at the Haus Reichert again.

There was nothing I did not like about the place. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. We had the best room ever located on the fourth floor. I am working in the hotel industry for 20 years, yet, it was the first room in a round shape I have experienced to live in. The view from the room is magnificent, especially at night with all the lights on. The staff, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast was exceptional. Everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. This stay in Baden-Baden will stay in my heart forever. Thank you so much.

Great central location. Have stayed here before! Lovely old style, but refurbished, hotel. I had the room 3rd to the right of the corner tower, on the top floor. Very spacious room, lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed! I base myself here in Baden-Baden, do the walking trails, go the music shows at the outdoor amphitheatre just over the way and visit other towns and walking trails. You get a good continental breakfast here, which sets you up for the day. This hotel suits my needs perfectly and I will be back to stay again next time I’m here. I had arrived very early from London (via 2 flights) and was at the hotel by 11. The room was available, which I wasn’t expecting! It was great to be able to unpack and have a quick nap, instead of leaving my luggage and walking around town and coming back later.

I stayed at the Haus Reichert before. I said I would stay again. And so I did. It is simpatico place. If I were a Millionaire, I would still stay there. It is central. Home style friendly. Low key. The breakfast is perfect with attentive staff and fresh produce. Baden Baden has become an escape for me. I expect to return again soon.

I was at the hotel with five friends on a motorcycle holiday. The hotel is operated by two brothers Otto and Thomas. They were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was a problem. They provided secure parking for the motorcycles at the rear of the hotel. The location of the hotel is central within Baden Baden which is a lovely place with plenty of different bars and restaurants.

I lived the location, the owner at the check in desk was very helpful at all times. Just remember to get your door code before you arrive in case of late arrival.

Well I have autism so I like my routine and missed my English breakfast but the German breakfast was fantastic if you like cold meats!

The room was quaint, historic and rather romantic. I traveled alone but it would also be wonderful for a couple. The window opened to the bistro downstairs so it is also a relaxing spot to people watch. The location was excellent as it was very central. All the activities are within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great location to the Christmas markets. We are travelling for a long time, so we have heavy bags. It’s great there was an elevator

Bed was lumpy, however overall fine.
