Secure bookable parking for the bikes, really helpful staff, they had got our booking wrong (double room instead of twin) but sorted it out quickly, at no extra cost to us and with no hesitation. Excellent customer service. Breakfast is a mix of buffet and made to order (omlettes etc) and was the best on our tour. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Bar was closed the day we were there but they still managed to sort us a couple of beers (having ridden a couple of hundred miles in 30 deg + heat we must have looked a bit bedraggled :) )

I can not fault this hotel

Lovely little hotel right in the heart of historic Baden Baden. Staff went out of their way to help us with their parking setup, mailing a package, and managing our luggage during the day after we checked out. Food was top notch; among the best breakfasts we had on our three-week trip. Room was quiet and comfortable. Location really can't be beat, as it's steps away from shopping, dining, and historic buildings.

While the parking worked out, it was tricky. We were giving an opener for the garage which really never worked... but there was always someone around who could open or close the garage for us.

Lovely room. Spacious too. House keeping daily with fresh towels. Very friendly staff who accommodated my request for a packed breakfast as I had an early morning flight. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of quality food. You could order eggs and bacon other than the buffet spread.

There's a club that shares an entry with the hotel so there's a gathering of smokers outside in the evening which can be a little startling if you're unaware. I did find the room too warm for sleeping purposes so I kept the window open most of the day. It was unusually mild during my stay with temperature in the mid to high teens

Fantastic hotel in Baden Baden. It is small and therefore feels friendly and personal, staff are helpful and warm, location was fantastic - super short walk to all the attractions but also away from the crowds. I absolutely LOVED the breakfast, lots of fresh, good quality fruit and berries, breads and eggs. Would always stay again if I’m back in Baden Baden!

Absolutely fabulous, great position with good parking. Brilliant staff , lady behind front desk and lady who provided breakfast both lovely. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied. Room was lovely with small balcony, spotlessly clean ( with a kettle ). Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in beautiful Baden Baden, we will return.

Nothing at all.

Comfortable room and bed, great bathroom with overhead shower and lots of hot water, very clean, good facilities for making coffee and tea, nice bottle of fizzy water everyday. Spectacular breakfast, continental style with a variety of delicious fresh rolls, lots of cold cuts and salad options, freshly cooked eggs and wonderful fresh fruit with additional options with yoghurt etc

Our room got pretty toasty even on cooler days. There was an electric fan which we didn't need to use, it's possible that the room was south facing. A little noisy with open windows late at night on a Saturday.

My favourite hotel experience! My room was beautiful and huge, the hosts were so kind and professional, and you step out the front door basically right into town centre and across the road from a garden. Breakfast was also especially amazing.

The hotel was situated perfectly between the towns, parks and Therme. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy with everthing you needed. Kettle with tea and bottled water provided was such a nice bonus. The breakfast was extremely tasty with a good variety and eggs cooked to order. Felt very relaxed. The bar offered very nice cocktails and mocktails in the evening.

I can't fault anything. Already planning to return!

The staff were exceptional; very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the area. It is in a great location; just a short walk to a lovely nearby park and into the centre. The room was lovely. The best bit was the breakfast! It was delicious and staff came and asked how we wanted it cooking. Also had parking for motorbikes; we asked prior to arriving to reserve a spot and staff took us around to its safe parking area.

Secure, easily accessible parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel has a small bar which we came back to for a last drink - think it stays open to about 11.30 and there's also a small outdoor seating area off the bar. We had a very comfortable room with a modern bathroom and free bottle of water. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice - eggs whichever way you want plus avocado, smoked salmon and all the normal fruit / cereals / cheeses and everything replenished constantly. Location was very good - down a slight incline to the town - then turn left to the park / river area and right for the town centre / Rathaus area

All was fine - only thing to watch for is that the sat nav told us to turn left at top of road (last turn to hotel) and we had to go round again as its the next left (very close together) - second time round we parked and went and found the hotel and the manager then waited for us and guided us to the parking
