Excellent hotel with beautiful and current decor. We loved our triple room (#3). The heavy door and windows blocked out any noise from other guests and exterior sounds. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Loved the thick curtains which blocked the sun and assisted in our sleep. The employees were very friendly. We had the best eggs and breakfast of our entire 2 week Europe trip. The people and property were exceptional!! We will be back!!

The only issue was the pull out mattress was slightly too hard. That is the only thing negative about the experience!!

Huge room, with plenty of sleeping options; me & my wife frequently wake each other up by accident, so it was nice to be able to sleep separately. Linens & mineral water replaced daily, didn't even need to ask. We drink a lot of water, so this was very useful. Nice view to the park and some hills in the distance. Great breakfast, well worth the price. Gästekarte was provided right away, good savings for Caracalla (not Friedrichsbad though, but this was our first visit anyway, so it didn't matter) Location is just so great, everything's in walking distance A/C was a nice addition, you don't find it often in Europe. Weather was rather hot on our stay, so it really made a difference.

A small fridge wouldn't go amiss, but this is just a minor nitpick.

Staff was super friendly. Desk staff was helpful. Location was perfect and central to everything Baden-Baden has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere in only a few short minutes.

Parking directions. An address on the parking garage would have been helpful for mapping purposes. Street signs are not very visible and many streets are not for vehicles so getting to the parking garage was complicated if you took a wrong turn. The city is extremely confusing for driving. Once you park your car, don't ever take it out till you check out!

superb location for everything, incl. access to the thermal baths/spas, park, pedestrian zone (all within 3 minutes) and if required, public buses stop in front also. Great, spacious rooms in the in the "Dependance" building with all amenities. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff and generally folks in Baden Baden seem very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is breakfast only, there is no restaurant or bar (except minibar). Personally, all I needed and no need to pay for pools etc. if you can visit the thermal baths.

Garden! Room with a balcony to the garden, where it is very pleasant to sit. Parking is located under the garden. The car will be parked by a hotel employee, which is very convenient, and you can leave on your own. The staff is very friendly. Our room was in the old part of the building with beautiful comfortable stairs in the center. There is an elevator. Coffee is available near the reception. Breakfast with a view of the garden is quite varied. The center is accessible on foot.

The floorboards in the room under the carpet creak quite audibly. Everything is a bit retro and needs updating. If your guest comes to the room, you will have to go to the reception for a cup of coffee for him or order room service. Overall, everything is not bad, but it could have been cheaper than 235 euros per night in early May.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the night staff was very helpful. The breakfast was rich. Very nice garden.

The parking access was challenging (e.g. the car tyres were always sufferring the narrow ramp to get to the 1st floor). Once off the ramp, the car had to turn 90 degrees to the left in a narrow corridor (provided there was no car parked there). Also, the parking slots were narrow and the ones facing out were very low in height so that the trunk could touch the roof. Another waekness was the wooden floor in the 5th floor creaked a lot, disturbing our night sleep (poor noise insulation).

The best about the hotel is that it has very spacious rooms with super high ceilings, lots of natural light, superb staircase and most charming garden. Spotless clean and varied breakfast. Parking is paid, but the pedestrian access is right below the garden so very convenient. Overall, old-world charm in the ideal centre of Baden-Baden.

In one room two glasses were missing, in the other there was no shoehorn - a bit more attention and all will be aboslutely perfect!

The rooms were so beautiful and luxuriously decorated and furnished. The beds were fantastic and big. We loved the bathroom with a luxurious shower. Very nice staff. Located in the center of the city. Very quiet. The breakfast was pretty average - remember to ask for cheese and toppings. The staff here was excellent too.

The view from the rooms on 1. floor were boring.

The super comfortable bed and the air conditioner. The new rooms in the Dependance are great but on the top floor the AC is a lifesaver because the room heats up quickly. Breakfast was also very nice. Location is very silent, you can rest well.

The automatic lights in the bathroom. Whether needed or not, it is always on. During daytime the light is not needed but it can't be turned off. During the night it is just way too bright. It should have a switch to moderate it

I loved their park - I’m so glad I got a garden view room, thanks to other reviews. It was a beautiful, green oasis and I was graced by an Eurasian Blackbird with a gorgeous voice who sang on my balcony! Their breakfast is excellent, and their servers are, too. Staff is very helpful. The hotel has an interesting history, and the historic building is elegant and beautifully designed and decorated. That staircase! That domed skylight!
