The location is ideal, facing the Oos and the Trinkhalle and on the edge of the historic part of Baden-Baden. The flat is spacious, fully equipped and well-lit through the large windows. Shops are within easy walking distance, and the baths are a 5-minute walk away.

The instructions for reaching the property were not 100% clear, and I had trouble finding the parking spot for my car as I was given a misleading street address. The management did send me an email with a video showing what to do, but they sent it too late and I could not read it because I was already on my way. There is neither a mop or a broom in the flat to sweep up the floor.

Just off the main street in the city centre, I was surprised it wasn't loud at all at night. Kitchen facilities allow for cooking small meals, should you need to.

No information was received regarding free parking (as it was advertised). I was with a motorcycle and leaving it next to a busy street didn't make me really comfortable. Minor gripes: Property requested tourist tax for 2 people, even though it was boooked for a single person. Maybe it was an automated email, not sure. The tourist tax in cash on the table - it's 2024 already, this process really needs to go - not everyone carries cash nowadays. Some complimentary teabax/coffee is cheap but goes a long way but it wasn't there.

Absolutely superb apartment and location. Lots of space, perfectly clean and nice views. But even more than that, the receptionist was really nice and helpful with indications and advice. Lots of options of restaurants around. Great experience.

Well...4th floor had amazing views....but a lift could have been great :-) Really, absolutely nothing to say that we did not like

First, it’s not an apartments hotel as it was written in booking, there’s no reception, and If you need something it takes time to get an answer and you have to call an international call. It was not understood the check in issue, almost one hour tried to get inside and was looking after the key :-( We need to call again … Our apartment was on ground floor and we heard everything, each person who just say something in the street, we heard inside. At night an homeless was sleeping next to our door, it was inconvenient, The pillow was so thin, not normal size.

The first apartment we had was on the 4th floor and the Wi-Fi wasn’t good there and we needed to work. Christina and her staff very quickly moved us to the 3rd floor which had better Wi-Fi signal. Both apartments could use a few more items in the kitchen, especially mixing bowls. We knew in advance there was no elevator but didn’t realize how hard it would be to carry heavy luggage up all those flights of stairs.

The apartments are in a good location, walking distance from Old Town and all attraction points. It was very clean, nice design and well equipped apartment. The owner was helpful with any questions we had.

Being an old building, there are no lifts available and it can be challenging to reach the apartment on 4th floor. Luckily we were a young ground and it did not feel like a big burden.

Spacious apartment with good-sized rooms. Comfy beds. Quiet (maybe because we were on the top floor). Good facilities in the kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher. Good bathrooms. Very convenient location. Nice and clean.

There was no wifi in our apartment which was number 4 on the top floor. We could only get wifi in the hallway. Our friends who stayed on the ground floor could access the wifi OK. There was no lift (which we did know about in advance) but it is quite an effort to carry heavy bags up the 4 flights of stairs.

Location was perfect! It was also nice to be able to wash our clothes.

It was advertised as air conditioned but it was a mini split unit just in the living area, which normally would be fine, but it was so hot during our visit that the bedrooms were not cool. Suggestion: Please place a fan in each bedroom.

My friend and I were attending the Easter Festival and all the concerts at the Festpielhaus and other venues in Baden-Baden. The location could not have been better: only a few minutes walk to each venue as well as to restaurants and shops. Our 2-bedroom apartment was huge with all necessary amenities. Best of all the large windows in the living and bedroom areas provided an extrordinary view! We've previously rented other apartments and hotel rooms in Baden-Baden. Our Reichel-Apartement was by far the best. We will rent again.

The living-kitchen-dining area is one large open room which contains a round table seating 4 persons and one couch which could seat two. However, to lounge comfortably, the apartment really needs (and definitely has room for) at least another couch and possibly a chair. Remember: this apartment is a 4-floor walkup. We didn't mind the stairs, but others may find them challenging.
