Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! Impeccably clean and cozy, with quiet luxury and classic furnishings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room has everything you'd need for your stay. The host was amazing—helpful, kind, and full of great recommendations. She even arranged discounts for the spa and called a taxi for us. Small things like a complementary bottle of water and free tea and coffee in the room are making a good impression. The on-site pastry shop was a delightful surprise, offering some of the best cakes we’ve had, and the breakfast was truly one of the best in Europe. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to everything in Baden-Baden and right in front of Caracalla Therme. This hotel exceeded all our expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

Joanna was a lovely host. Knowledgeable, welcoming, worldly and kind. The room was immaculate. The spaces, so objectively lovely. The location was unbeatable, maybe a 3-minute walk to Friedrichsbad. My view to neighbors' little gardens and the quiet access to fresh air was very appreciated after a few days prior in a bigger city. I can't believe how nice it is to come here in the spring. The gardens on the hill were spectacular!

I would really prefer coffee in the room, perhaps a Nespresso machine. I know this is cultural, but I would rather have coffee in pajamas, alone, then get ready and have breakfast caffeinated. My only gripe. This place was so peaceful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, Just beside the baths. The hotel is very elegant and clean, we asked for an early check in and this was provided, and we also needed them to keep the luggage for us, which they did. Breakfast was good and fresh, nothing big, but just enough in my opinion.

The hotel needs some maintenance, for example the toilet flushing was getting stuck, and water keeps flowing if you do not manually put in place. This is my bad, as i did not check before, but the hotel has no AC and in July in might get a bit uncomfortable nowadays.

Hotel is located at the top of the pedestrian shopping area, which can present a challenge for access but makes for a very convenient base for shopping and walking around the city. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was in the cafe on the ground floor, a good selection and friendly staff. Reception was super helpful.

Being a larger person with some mobility problems, I found the shower difficult to use. You step up into a small shower cubicle with small glass double doors which I found difficult to negotiate. A grab handle on the cubicle wall would have been very welcome.

Location was ideal for our one night stay in Baden Baden. Room was very clean and a very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was served in the café attached to the property. There was a good choice on offer and the personnel were very friendly and attentive.

I only have one small, minor irritation in that our room was at the back of the property looking into a small inner yard area and when breakfast was being prepared we had a light smell of sausages, bacon etc being cooked from the extraction fan.

Great experience. Anna (the owner) has a great way to make you feel special. She is very enthusiastic about her city, and she helped us make appointments to visit the casino. It is a small hotel (by my count only 12 rooms), but this helps with the coziness of the hotel. The restaurant is not big, with a good selection for the breakfast. Not too over the top, but enough for us to enjoy it. The location is very close to the two main spas of the city (2 minutes and 4 minutes walking time)

We had a very spacious room and bathroom which was very well furnished. We had requested a first floor room, which they gave us. The choice at breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. The location was just a short walk from the centre of town, so very convenient for restaurants, cafes and bars. It was just round the corner from the famous Roman Baths, which we visited a couple of times.

The reception staff were sometimes a little off-hand.

The Hotel is very close to the city center in a nice and quiet area. You can reach shops, restaurants and cafés within 5-10 minutes by walking. The bakery café in the same building is a must and as the quality of bread & pastries is very good, it is a popular place for locals. We enjoyed breakfast there and will definitely come back, when we will be in the area again.

The (small) escalator did not work, when we arrived, but it was fixed within a short time. No complaints at all!

Picked firstly based on location near both of the spas (1 minute walk to either). Pictures looked dated, but actually looked a lot nicer on arrival, almost underselling themselves. Breakfast selection was great (with cakes/pastries from the on premise bakery)

May have just been down to timing, but was hoping to see more staff around to ask about hiking trails recommendations. Staff were nice during check-in and check-out.

It was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel provided an excellent buffet breakfast. They also have a pastry shop on the and every day there were great pastries with breakfast. We also purchased pastries their to enjoy in the evenings. It is in an excellent location, quiet and located very close to the two spas in Baden (Friedrichsbad and the Caracalla spa) and within east of asking distance to restaurants, a beer garden and the town park.
