Kindness and friendliness and responsiveness of the staff made us rate the facility as exceptional . Starting from the front desk and continued in the kitchen and food hall. In the breakfast , my 4 year old son asked for pan cakes which was not among what being served in the buffet . Yet seeing that he was desperately looking for pan cakes the breakfast hall and kitchen staff teamed up and cooked pan cakes for him 😊 Amazing gesture and unforgettable kindness which marks the hotel as exceptional .

Nothing bad. A small tip for parking area :) there is a parking lot allocated for female drivers . If no parking space in the underground parking you can hand over the car to your wife and enjoy the female parking lot 😊😊😊

The hotel is elegant and clean, in a friendly, quiet area leading to a park. The room size is incredible, and the view from the balcony is stunning. The spa facilities are clean, and the ambience is magnificent. The breakfast was various and tasty, however when it comes to sweets, not too many options( the only thing that could be improved) The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did love the fact that we were able to have a late check-out (15:00) You have everything you need to have a chilling day at the hotel. The restaurant has excellent food and desserts. Per total, we had a lovely and relaxing time

Nothing to complain

Room is nice with good view. For me was missing a chair and table, but wasn't crucial. The mattress wasn't confortable at all. Otherwise was quiet, extreamly clean and well organized. Breakfast was normal, but the dinner was a surprise the first 5 days. Was like done by star holding cook. Delicious! The service was a little bit chaotic as done by staggers. This affect also the "St. Valentin" event with bad logistic in the restaurant. The SPA is nice and clean. The pool is with too cold water for a spa. Other missing element was a Jacuzzi in the pool to make it excellent the SPA. Another nice surprise , more than the dinner, was the availability of fruits, aromatized water and some nuts, that make nice the stay and cosy the hotel.

TV has no English channels and no Netflix Evening menu is very limited (a la carte) ' over priced and the outcome was not good, we did not like any of the dishes we ordered (dumplings, curry veggies)

Good sized modern room with balcony and nice bathroom and shower. Reasonable air-conditioning which was essential in the 30’ heat! Breakfast was a good spread with fresh eggs cooked to order. Plenty of seating and also an outside terrace for a drink from the bar. Friend used the pool which they said was good. Location was about 12 mins walk from the centre of town. Everywhere was clean and tidy and will stay here again.

Parking could be an issue when busy. We had 2 motorcycles we squeezed into a spot near reception that a car would struggle with. Otherwise there’s limited covered parking in hotel ground but no lift. Then there’s adjacent outdoor car park about a 40 metre walk. Restaurant for evening seemed a bit limited menu and dearer than walking into town.

Staff was great and care was shown through our trip. We enjoyed the facilities including swimming, and the breakfast most of all. Liked the half board option.

The fact that there was no choice for the set menu dinner was disappointing. Usually for a set menu there will be a couple of options depending on diet but this was not the case. When I could not eat something they just had to remove it. And for the price I was shocked there was fish most days and duck one for one day. No option for pork or beef. For the price paid I don't think that is adequate.

Hotel deco was great, modern and quirky, stylish, especially in the restaurant & spa area. Bedrooms were also very modern but cosy with stylish design. Beds were super comfy and we also had a nice balcony. Also liked that you had a bag with pool towels and bath rope in your room. Sadly had no time to go to the pool but our kids did and said it was super nice with very cosy lounge chairs. Can only recommend !

Breakfast buffet could have been maybe a bit more varied :-), but they still had a fresh omelet station and the usual items. I personally like more fruit and a few more healthy 'world cuisine' dishes, but it was still a nice buffet (though €21 unless booked with booking directly for €6). Only the juicer was a great idea but super loud :-). And Baden Baden centre is not that close. It's a nice walk if weather is nice, but going for dinner in the evening or if it rains, you need a taxi or car :-). But then again, you can't have it all :-).

The hotel is very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room are quite nice and decent sized. Bed was super comfortable and the room had a balcony. Spa area is quite nice (although the pool is slightly cold if you go after the sauna or hammam). Breakfast buffet is good and there is a lot of food options. Barman was very friendly to us so we enjoyed having a drink at the bar. Hotel is super conveniently located, about 15 min walk to the city center and in a quite area.

Only downside was insulation from the room (you can hear a bit the noise from the hallway), it was not much of an issue for us as hotel was not at full capacity. Parking is quite small but we did have a spot. In general we had a great time at that hotel. Experience may be a bit different is the hotel is full tough as I think all the facilities would then not be as enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are traveling off season tough

The room was spacious and had a really nice balcony. Very relaxed atmosphere, very green neighborhood. About 15 mins easy walk distance to the city center. 2-3 mins drive to/from the tunnel that takes you out of the city. Veery helpful staff Pool, gym and spa are really great. Room had smart tv with Netflix

Parking is a bit of an issue. While eventually we always had a space (thanks to help from staff), it was not always easy to park. The lifts are a bit old and small.

This hotel has been beautifully decorated and felt brand new! Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, large balcony and great shower. The spa area was absolutely incredible with a lovely pool, three saunas (clothes free zone) treatments, really comfortable chill out areas and great gym. The breakfast offered lots of choice in a nice setting. The hotel is about a 20 minute leisurely stroll from town…which is definitely worth seeing!

Be warned that they charge €25 per night for parking.
