The weather in Bad Nauheim was very hot, and the room was SUPER hot, too! We upgraded to a 3rd floor suite with a balcony, and asked for an additional fan, which was graciously provided. I was pleasantly surprised to find Elvis in the lobby! Everything about the room was very well thought out, from the storage to the bathroom, the nespresso machine and mini fridge, and the lovely glassware. The bed was comfy and the room was clean! The location couldn’t have been more central yet was tucked away on a quiet street. The highlight for us was absolutely the breakfast spread! Soft boiled eggs, fresh orange juice (I squeezed my own) bread and pastries and butter and jam, cheese and meats, bacon and sausage and yogurts and fruit and granola and the ambiance! We were in heaven.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell that the owners take pride in providing their guests with a wonderful service and a friendly smile every day. I arrived late and gave the hotel owners plenty of notice. They provided a pass code for the key and gave thorough instructions on how to gain access to the hotel and my room. Lovely breakfast in the mornings with fruits, cereals, fresh breads, selection of meats, boiled eggs and omelettes. The lobby has a nice memorial to Elvis, with music playing throughout the day. Nice touch and so nice to be in a hotel with such charm and character.

Friendly, happy, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Rooms great, fantastic size, bed really comfortable, lovely furniture. Hairdryer in bathroom, great shower. Safe secure area. Safe provided. Dressing gowns in wardrobe, loved it.

Everything was great. A bar for customers would have been nice to come back for a nightcap, but that is no way a criticism. Loved it all.

Good size and clean rooms. Breakfast good. Exceptionally good for lactose and gluten intolerant customers.

Only German TV except for BBC World News and CNN.

I came back after 3 years because I was impressed by this hotel. The building and the rooms bring you back in time, quite a special feeling of old. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, room spotless and comfy, strong wifi if you have to catch up with work, breakfast an absolutely divine feast. Great value for money! Highly recommended!

I couldn't switch off the light next to the bed entirely – it would still be glowing slightly. I had to disconnect the power cord to shut it off completely.

We love this hotel. Every corner is packed with character from dawn to dusk. We we're a scraggly pack of people there for a wedding and they accommodated us without exception.

Very nice personality, fantastic atmosphere, I think it's a beautiful place for anyone who wants something beautiful and different from the average. The quality and selection of the food is particularly outstanding.

A nice street, lovely building with character. The host is very nice. Enjoyed the Elvis touch.
