This is for me the perfect hotel for an overnight stop! All I need from an hotel. Good spacious very clean room with all needed and more (good bed, choice of pillows, nice bathroom, cups coffee. tea, even some cold drinks free in the room, fridge, airco, quite, parking, huge tv, great automatic checkin, no waiting at a reception). I travel a lot and would wish other big hotel chains would copy this concept, care and quality. Done with care and love. Clear information and easy communication. For the price I paid (also my limit :) perfect. Also charging option for car.

All was very fine, minor feedback: I arrived late, in principle there would be enough parking space but guests each use 1,5 space for their car. I suggest to divide spaces clearer with lines. No reading light at work desk, the main room lights (led strip) were not strong enough for me. No elevator (I don’t mind but some people will. 2 floors)

The room is impecable. There is no personnel on site which takes getting used to.

The fact that there was no reception with a person, just a machine to check in. However there is a number you can call if you have any problem and somebody will answer and help.

Room was very clean and easy to access with pram / on the ground floor / free parking Free drinks were provided in the fridge and coffee/ tea etc, fridge working fine for storing baby milk Kettle was also provided great for making formula for baby (I haven’t seen many hotels in Germany provide kettles) Easy check in / out no waiting queues I wasn’t sure how coffee machine works someone showed up quickly to fix the problem

The Hotel location of the hotel was very good.

The rooms you assigned to me this time were not good, and the new device you installed for check-in was not working properly. We had to wait for an hour until a technician arrived. Anyway, it was still very good. Thank you.

The self-check in worked out really well. It was easy to locate to the hotel from the road. Extra plus for the small freezer in the fridge so we could freeze our icepacks to the cooler bag.

Didn’t have breakfast. Simple clean accommodation. Lidl close by which was useful. Complimentary drinks in the refrigerator was a nice touch. Enough parking spaces and no cost for parking.

Car charger available for my car. Clean and modern room. Quiet neighbourhood, I could sleep with the window open.

The email with the login information was delayed so I needed to phone the hotel operator in order to get my access card. No light at the small table.

Everything worked as described, room facilities very good, including (real) coffee machine. Complimentary fridge contents and early morning fresh rolls better than expected, good quality

Unfamiliar experience without any visible staff, but that is all.

Great value for the money. Easy access to Frankfurt and the Euro2024 games, which was our purpose with the trip. Some nice restaurants, shops and a bakery nearby, for easy convenience The rooms were very clean.

The easy way to use the hotel rooms easy to book and easy access I loved the mini fridges and the top up every morning
