Very kind and helpful staff, nice restaurant, good food, absolutely marvellous surrounding , place in the big park, lovely place to walk around and relax, close to town center but very quiet and peaceful. Dogs allowed and welcomed, very accessible car park, breakfast very nice, good atmosphere and broad choice of different foods, nice coffee ☕️. Room big and clean and very comfortable, air-conditioning working well, beds excellent, super bathroom with nice shower and accessible. Spa and wellness as well as swimming pool clean and not busy. Absolutely fantastic stay and really good price for all the amazing amenities and breakfast. I certainly recommend for families and dog owners as well as couples and solo travelers.

The central location surrounded by the Kurpark could not be any better! The breakfast was exceptional (for the price) - not just from the variety of choices, but the atmosphere being able to dine in such a beautiful building - definitely recommended. It happened that the Frühlingsmarkt was on and that brought even more life to the place. The main reception entrance in the hotel is also tastefully decorated. The overall room is comfortable with coffee/tea and complimentary water provided. Even double sinks in the bathroom so both persons can use at the same time.

Somehow the room was always warm. We had to sleep with opened windows which was nice initially but would get noisy and too bright in the morning. Would have preferred air-conditioning as an option. An added nice to have if the parking rate was covered as part of the room rate.

I stayed Dolce by Wyndham Bad Nauheim for only 2 days - during a conference. I'd highly recommend the place both for leisure and work, it is located in the middle of woods and you can see different tones of greens when you sit in your balcony. Staff were so kind, when I realized that I forgot my jacket in conference room after I left the facility, they helped me to ship it to Frankfurt. I didn't get breakfast so don't have any comment to share but this hotel seems to me as one of the best alternative in the area.

If your room is close to the kitchen, you might suffer from bad smell and need to keep your balcony door closed during all hours of the day.

As we had booked a suite the rooms were of a great size for our family of 3 adults and our labrador dog. Very nice and spaceous bathroom and a balcony the length of both rooms with a view of the big old trees in the ajacent park. The pool and spa facilities are excellent and very clean

The restaurant did not have a nice selection of dishes for dinner and the breakfast was under par for the hotel standard. Not enough choice of food for breakfast and the juice was just from a machine and no bacon and eggs... The outside terasse of the restaurant is very nicely situated in a courtyard next to the park, but it didn't make up for the food quality or lack thereof

This is my 7th time in this hotel and I've been staying here since 2010. My parents knew here even before. We love the place and the surroundings very much. This time service was better than before.

The shampoos should have been seperate and the bathroom equipment should work better. Even after a 5 mins of shower, the bath tub can not drain waste water.

Breakfast is nice with very large choice. The staffs is helpful and nice. The situation of the hotel is very close to the downtown.

The rooms needs to be renovated. It is clean but rooms got old equipement and structure. there is no AC conditioning for example. some rooms does not have TV with sharing screen miror functionnality Parking is not free. for such hotel it should be.

The location was ideal and the view of the park from my window was absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool and spa were also quite lovely. Very good breakfast as well.

The restaurant and bar are quite expensive.

The hotel is huge, very comfy and quiet. We have visited with our dog and the experience was very very good. Facilities are quite modern and breakfasts are very nice, great choice of breads and warm foods.

Nothing really was that bad, maybe furniture in the rooms is a bit old but it was not a problem for us.

Staff was very kind and helpful, room was really spacious and comfortable.

For a 4 star hotel would be nice to have air conditioning or at least a fan for the hot summer days. Otherwise everything was good. For one of my two days stay, the breakfast was not 4 star like (on quality) but plenty of food. The second day everything was perfect.

the Trail’s and location was great. could hear birds singing in the morning. Nice bathrooms.

I wish there was free water in the rooms upon arrival. Need to update technology in rooms. ubs/ ubc/outlets etc.. our room never cooled because air condition was in other room. Family room. we would leave the terrace door open at night. That helped.
