Room layout, cleanliness and service.

Entrance to Underground garage was extremely difficult to find. Should be a map show on the property website showing exactly how to find the entrance. The big problem was that there was no information in the hotel advertising that the hotel car park was actually not their own but a shared car park with the local railway station in which the hotel had a few parking spaces.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast was very friendly and just so lovely to talk to.

The noise from the train station. But I have to say that you only hear the noise if you open the window; when the windows are closed there is an excellent noise cancellation

Very close the train station (less than 3 minutes walking) and close to the town center. The staff is very friendly and especially the breakfast is wonderful. Many choices and good atmosphere in the restaurant.

Fantastic, friendly Front Desk Staff! Wonderful recommendations about the area and restaurants for dinner. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of options and was wonderful to have onsite. Many thanks for an excellent stay!

Everything was wonderful!

The room we stayed in was very well decorated and comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom and shower were very clean. The staff was nice and gave helpful advice on the surrounding area.

Breakfast was sadly pretty early and arguably a bit expensive. But there was a very nice bakery not far from the hotel to make up for it.

Convenient location. Very close to the central station. Clean room.

Train noises could be a bit frequent to rooms facing the railway. If you prefer quieter rooms, do let the staff know.

Excellent location: close to train station, central bus station across the street, and mainly in close walking distance to excellent restaurants, downtown shopping and the Kurpark. Interior of the hotel was very clean, with spacious and well furnished rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. I definitely plan to stay here again.
