We traveled from overseas to visit our families here in this town so we decided to stay at Geno for 9 nights with a small baby. The room is spacious which is very good for our 1.5 years old baby to play around. The room didn’t come with kettle nor fridge. But we needed these items to store our baby stuff so we asked the one of the receptionists and got everything organized right away. Was very happy with this service. Breakfast was great, staff were super friendly. Definitely going to stay at this place again next time we visit our families here.

No air conditioning so pretty warm at night in summer

The experience was great, the breakfast is wonderful, the place is clean and organized, and the staff are very polite.

I think the hotel could accommodate families with pets in the ground floor apartments, which would be much more convenient. It would also be better to have the rooms that allow pets better adapted

Clean, modern and recent construction (no A/C however) in a quiet area, large rooms, very good breakfast. Worth the money.

You can hear the noise from the upper floor when kids are running. Rooms have big balcony but they are adjacent to other rooms so no real privacy.

Always stay here as halfway on drive to Czech for annual summer holiday. Great hotel. Just what we need. Quiet. Clean. Great standard. Comfortable. Perfect for us. Thank you GenoHotel.

Good facility and infrastructure. A restaurant is available and there is a small gym.

There was only one pillow and too soft for me. The room was also cold at night and the heating did not work. The gym has no water to drink or towel.

Great beds and good roomsize. Very clean. Kind staff and good breakfast. The relax area outside the hotel is great with sofa-swings and outdoor games. We had a good stay.

Just one balcony chair per double room - why? Breakfast seemed pricy - at 14 euro per person. Can't tell how good it was since I chose breakfast somewhere else.

No mini bar. We couldn’t get a taxi in the morning. You need to pre order way ahead with a local company.

Breakfast was lovely. The staff was kind and sweet! Lovely clean rooms to top it - had a really restful stay.
